I had the birria tacos. They were exquisite. Sublime. Just prob among thr best food I ate while driving across the country.
Service was friendly. Prices were low. I generally prefer sitting inside a restaurant instead of in the parking lot of a repurposed gas station, but those tacos were worth it.
I don’t get to Tucson often, but will make sure to come back to Taco Rico if I do.

So, this is my new go-to food truck; I will be returning. I had a mix of pork chorizo and carne asada tacos— they absolutely blew my mind! The onion, radishes, and cucumber on the side are the perfect touch and balance of flavor. It’s a delightful blend of spices and savory flavors!

From outside place looked not very promising at first but they serve the best tacos I ever had, especially carne asada and al pastor. Salsas and horchata are also 10/10. Staff is super friendly and nice. Definitely recommend

Forgot to take a picture, I was so hungry but my mom and I tried this place and it was delicious!! The meat was tasty! No fat in my meat !!! The salsa that came with it was spicy but really good I didn’t stop eating I got 5.. was quick service too! The people were very nice . We ate there at their tables in front.

The food is pretty good but I ordered a burrito and the tortilla was way too dry. It was hard to chew and swallow it, I felt like I was going to choke lol. Maybe it needs more oil, lard or whatever fat they add to it. But I still enjoyed it. The filling is really good. I like that they put rice and beans in the burrito. A lot of places in Arizona just put meat.

Carne asada quesadilla 10/10 . Both cashiers are very nice . Good price . They always press no tip which is also nice so if you want to leave a tip let them know early . I’m only passing thru but if I lived in tuscon I’d make this a weekly stop !
