We stopped on our way home for dinner and we were not disappointed. I had a customer pizza, daughter had a calzone, husband had a sandwich. We also had spinach and artichoke dip. Our server was great. All the employees we encountered were great.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance, but it is awful. The pizza is at best mediocre, and the rest of the food is frozen garbage. Somehow the chicken tenders were burnt, and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked. Terrible restaurant.

Always one ofu favorites but my son treated me to a birthday dinner and I had the spaghetti and meatballs for the first time and LOVED it. We also had the spinach dip which comes with garlic bread and chips, yum! Our server took good care of us.

First of all I’d like to say that I have medical problems where I cannot digest spicy food – even the slightest spiciness causes me problems. That being said, this was our first visit to either location so I’m not sure if both are the same. Our fav pizza place just closed (Buddy’s) so we came here to try their Detroit Style pizza since that’s what we love. They had only a few Detroit Style and tons of other varieties so we thought perhaps we’d try something else. The server suggested their buffet and we thought that’d be a great way to try several types. The pizzas weren’t labeled but they were one topping ones. They had a deep dish too and I asked her what it was and she said sausage so I tried it and a pepperoni piece. The sausage was spicy and the pepperoni was spicy… even the soup was. I ate a couple pieces of cheese pizza and that was it. For people who don’t have health problems and don’t mind a little heat you may like it. But I couldn’t eat it and won’t be back, and I feel if they’re using spicy sausage and spicy pepperoni they should say so. They do have some pizzas on the menu that are labeled spicy – so beware! If their ‘regular’ ones are spicy, who knows how spicy these are. (Even though my husband can eat nearly all hot food he had a sick stomach all afternoon).

I had a great experience with this pizza place. The website was being a bit buggy when I placed my order online, but the staff were incredibly helpful over the phone and quickly verified everything for me. On top of that, my pizza arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time!
The service was fantastic, and the pizza absolutely lived up to the hype friends in the area had recommended it, and they were right. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. They also offer gluten-free and dairy-free options, which is a huge plus.
Highly recommended in every aspect!

We drove from Grand Rapids to have dinner before going to work a show at Miller Auditorium- my friend had never been to Erbelli’s so I had wanted her to try it. I know service can be slow, but they weren’t busy so I thought it was safe for us to have the time to get our food & be able to eat. I had wanted a pan pizza but the waitress confirmed that they take longer so I just ordered an original crust. Unfortunately, our server did not put our order in once we had placed it; she waited 15-20 minutes according to our receipts which showed it wasn’t entered until 5:11pm. It took so long we had to request they change our order to go & we had to leave without eating at all. You cannot wait 15-20 minutes to ring in a guests order after they’ve placed it & expect them to have a good experience. I was extremely disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy my expensive gourmet pizza until after midnight when I finally got home from work. If I had noticed the time discrepancy on the receipt before leaving I would not have left the amount of tip I did. Nearly $40 for a single meal of pizza + salad + soda. I would never recommend anybody dining here unless you have at least an hour and a half and that’s even if they’re not busy……

We have been to Erbellis 3 times now and the food and service is great. We always have the Calzones and they are delicious. Erbellis makes their own pizza/pasta sauce and it is really tasty. Tonight I had a Caesar salad and the bacon crumble on top was still warm! My wife ordered extra pizza sauce for her Calzone and it was also still warm. These little touches will keep us coming back!

Specific shout out to the Sunday night kitchen crew! This is one of our favorite casual date spots, and we’ve noticed lately that the food is especially excellent on Sundays. Wish the lights weren’t so bright and cool toned, but the food is easily worth wearing a ballcap to keep the lights out of your eyes 🙂

We recently hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party for a group of 11 people in the private room at Erbelli’s Stadium Drive, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish.
The pizza is absolutely amazing—it’s everything you want from a great Kalamazoo business. We ordered a variety of specialty pizzas, along with their delicious Errbie Bread, fresh salad, and satisfying desserts. Every single item was absolutely delicious, and everyone left happy and satisfied!
Erbelli’s went above and beyond for our event. They allowed us to come in early to set up decorations, and they even let us utilize one of their large flat-screen TVs to share a memory slideshow for my parents! This made blessing them on their special day so easy and stress-free.
The service was wonderful, especially our server, Erica. She was incredibly attentive, kind, outgoing, and helpful throughout the event. I would highly recommend asking for Erica if you visit!
