Had a wonderful experience our first time here. They were able to accommodate us in a quieter section of the restaurant where the band wasn’t so loud. We shared a 3 meat platter that was the perfect amount of food with a house salad. Everything tasted excellent. Our server Josh was the best! He got everything out to us so quickly and was very kind and attentive to us while we dined. Will be coming here again!

We came here for lunch last weekend, and we were greeted as we walked in and got sat immediately. The TV in the booth is a great sports bar touch. The food was pretty good, but the five stars are mostly because of the service. It was so refreshing to receive this level of service. The sweet heat bbq sauce on the brisket was tasty, and the chicken fried steak was pretty good. All the sides were all pretty good as well. Highly recommend this place for some great service and good food. Will definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed. Seemed like everything was a bit of a scam, nothing KC about it. KC BBQ is all about dry rubbing before smoking and sauce during. All the meat was bland and rubbery, there was no hint of any kind of flavoring during smoking. Burnt ribs had nothing to do with “burned ribs” – see my photo. Seems like they cut off the tip of a brisket before smoking and dried it? Nothing “burned”, no bark, no smokiness, no flavor, just bland beef-jerky. Costco’s frozen burned ribs are way better. And there are many reviews about this and the management apologizes and nothing changes, that tells you something. At the end we were presented with a $3 non-cash charge, that again many reviews here complain about. To add insult to injury, the “suggested tip%” on the receipt was calculated on the amount of food+tax+the $3 non-cash fee, so they try to get you to throw in an extra $5 in tips if you don’t take out a calculator and confirm. They have to know you don’t do that, so it’s another scam to get people in and pay more money than the food here is worth. The waitress was a nice young lady – only reason to leave a tip.

We went here for dinner on Sunday night, the restaurant itself feels tired, our server was attentive And friendly, the onion rings were fantastic as always, I ordered brisket, and to say I was underwhelmed was an understatement, it comes out on the plate looking like it’s prepackaged meat reheated from a deli it’s overcooked not juicy definitely not tasty A very big disappointment and I won’t be going back for brisket anymore, sad to say

hubby & I went for lunch. It wasn’t busy except for the back room had a party of 17, which caused us to wait a long time for our meal. We weren’t in a hurry so it was no biggie. Our waiter was super nice. I got the smoked bone-in chicken. It was pretty good. The potato salad had so much mayo in it that was white bright white and could barely see the colors of green onion or the rest of the food. I couldn’t eat more than a bite. I wasn’t a fan of the green beans with bacon either. Hubby had chicken fried steak which he said ok. The gluten free crust less cheesecake we split however was amazing! Got it with strawberries & whipped cream on top. We both loved it. And it’s rare to find a place with GF cheesecake! Overall our food was ok, nothing spectacular, but the cheesecake we would order to go again! The bathrooms were clean, however we both had to practically hold our breath because the air fresheners were so strong and horrible. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
