Absolutely horrible service. Their hours say they open at 7am on their door and we arrived at 10am and were told they aren’t open or serving people until a second staff member gets there. We asked when that was and she shrugged.
Prior to this, we went to the Main Street location in rice lake and their door was locked and we didn’t see any staff even though lights were on and the sign on the door said they opened at 7am. Subway is not on my priority list of places to go waste any more time.

This was a whole family working together. Which is never good. Mom was okay, grandma was rude as heck and daughter didn’t know anything. They were reaching over sandwiches they didn’t change gloves for each sandwich they were rude like we didn’t know what we wanted on our sandwiches, and barely anything on them for veggies, they cut the wraps like middle school me cutting my arms, just awful and uneven. Also $30 for 2 wraps. Outrageous!

Great staff at this location was greeted and a professional one young lady helped an older person in front of me and was very patient especially because of the new menu.
The young lady you made my sandwiches for myself and my two boys did an excellent job and pass it off to the finisher the only thing is guys find a way to get some new squirt bottles I don’t think I’ve gone into a Subway that I have on a thump thump on the table because those things just don’t feed mayonnaise and mustard.

Great Subway bread fast efficient exactly what you want from the subway. The bathroom is clean and everything was very nice. Do the people behind the counter had a smile on and made it very enjoyable experience all around.

Went today to get a sandwich for lunch. Everything going well until I got to the veggie area. I ordered a little lettuce on my boss and lots of onions. The lady gave me some and I asked her for more and she says sorry they have just changed their policy due to the high costs and wasn’t allowed any more. Very very upset and these were the only 2 veggies I took. Wondered what would have happened if I wanted one of every veggie! Maybe get one of each? Then she had the audacity to ask me if I needed anything else as I replied don’t want to see you lose any more money with my order so no thank you. If you are limiting quantities on veggies then you need to post it in your store. I have NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE but she said it’s a new rule. I want an apology. I used to go to this subway all the time but will be switching to another subway and see if they tell me the same thing! Still angry!

The two women working the counter seemed they were off in lala land. I asked a question and they just stared at me with no answer. Not the best service. I was very turned off after eating half my sandwich. While sitting in the restaurant I watched the women working there digging through the green peppers and spinach with her bare hands picking out the bad veggies and then wiping her hands on her shirt this not acceptable in food service/safety. Will not be back

My husband and I walked in at about 8:45 both women working rolled their eyes and said sorry we are closed. We asked arent you open till 9? They said yes but we need to get the doors closed. As there was a family that had just sat down and hadn’t even began eating. If you are open till 9 then stay open till 9 if not then change your hours to 8:45 if your too lazy to stay open till the hours you have posted.
