Great taste, friendly people, fast service, A little scarce on the ham, however the Pizzoli was full of cheese and meat. I really wish they would make their website more user-friendly. Other than that, it was a good local pizza place to Pick up a to go pizza.

My first go to Marco’s at this location in Friendswood. Simply five stars for smells, flavor, and specialty taste all in a large Deluxe with flavorable spices and cheese on their crust. Makes chewing full pizza bread better going down.

Was walking around, looking for some lunch, saw an ad on the door and it sucked me in. Had never been to this location before.
Girl behind the counter was charging me more and tried to tell me it is for online only, and that she didn’t know how to adjust the price anyhow. After agreeing, I inspected the ad. Nowhere did it say for online orders only. It’s a “new” deal. Rather blanketed for all orders. I inquired again, and I got a sarcastic retort telling me she agreed with me, that I should contact corporate, and that I shall be charged the full price, not what is posted. Her name given was contrary to the name on the ticket.
She was also rather incompetent in trying to print my receipt. She was never able to give me my original purchase receipt. Only a voided ticket. No management until 6pm this evening on a Saturday.
Bizarre experience. Loving the bait and switch. Never going there again. Never recommending this spot in Friendswood, for sure.

The best pizza ever. I can’t say enough good things about the pizza, the staff, and everything. They’re always cheerful, they get the pizza right the first time. The pizza itself is awesome, non-greasy, and the regular crust is fantastic. You have other crust choices like cut in squares, well done, lightly cooked, everything. And toppings are fresh, which is a plus when I’m ordering my favorite cheese burger pizza (hamburger, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes). I love this stuff.

So the situation that occurred was that we ordered pizza to pay cash and unfortunately missed the driver due to an emergency with our dogs. We immediately called back and asked for a redelivery, apologizing profusely. The manager made it sound like it was a crime I had committed and was very rude. I even offered to take the cold order as it was our mistake. She said that this wasn’t an option and then said that the payment would require a card, which again we understood completely, but she was still outright rude and uncourteous. When she gave us the total, it was over double that what we had expected to pay online. In short, no customer service here rude staff. You’re better off ordering Dominos.

I hughly recommend Marco’s! When I order from Marco’s I can always count on a pizza that has plenty of fresh toppings and is hot as well as delicious! I order pizza from Marco’s at least once a month and I’ve been ordering from them since I moved back to Friendswood in 2022.
Tonight the manager,Joe, went above and beyond to make good on a coupon offer I received and I was having trouble with.

Lately have not been able to eat anything because I have a terminal illness and it’s so hard to have an appetite but I ordered pizza from there and it was so good I literally went from eating nothing in weeks to eating a whole pizza in one day because it was so good I want to thank the chefs for making such amazing food! Thank you for taking the time to put quality work into your cooking and ingredients this is the only pizza place I will order from .

Ordered delivery. Can anyone there cut a pizza correctly? Got the Pepperoni pizza, and whoever cut the pizza alternated big slice and small slice. The big slices were twice as big as the small slices and the crust wasn’t even cut through. The only one positive was there was more pepperoni on this pizza than any pizza I’ve had, but the whole thing tasted like 20 cloves of garlic. The vampires can smell the garlic all the way from the Heights. After reading some other reviews, I can see that incompetence is strong with this store. Do better.

I was waiting for my orden inside that place. They told me 15 mins, I wait more than 15 mins, a employee ask me you need something ,? > I said yes I am waiting for my piza , then they ask my name, oh I am sorry your piza is being here on the counter, then I said nobody told that it is been ready I have been waiting and waiting. The were distracted playing with a little girl in the kitchen area where they make pizzas. I said to one of the employees than that little girl should no been around food . And they stars yelling at me all kind of bad words and when I left the store one of the employees said bad words I Spanish. They very unprofessional and rude
