Its fast food….I guess. I probably like it better than most, but like everything else the prices are too high. This one used to be pretty fast, especially compared to Sidney, Ohio…this time not so much. It seems like you can’t go to McDonald’s and not wait after paying, even if they aren’t that busy. Fast food just isn’t very fast anymore….but they go out of their way to have you pull up so the timer resets.

My wife just went through the drive through. The receipt for her quarter pounder with cheese was under the cheese on the burger. Is this practice normal for your McDonalds? I talked to the manager so I hope that this gets taken care of. Follow up and improve your quality control. Just because it’s a fast food chain, doesn’t mean you don’t take service to others seriously. Care about what you are doing and it will serve you well in the future.

The double cheese burger was so dry it was like chewing on cardboard. This was the worst burger Ive ever had at McDonalds in decades. Back to Burger King inTroy, Oh their burgers are much better for the price. The only location ill go to.

The staffs knowledge of the menu was quite impressive. It would have cost over half the cost of the entire sandwich to add bacon. They were very nice, and very professional. I was served the best,hottest double quarter pounder I’ve ever had. These guys are good.

I went to get food for breakfast on Saturday around 9:30 am. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel a sausage McGriddle a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and three hash browns. I asked at the window for grape jelly and was told ok but didn’t receive it in the bag. I went inside and stood for a minute or so but just waiting to see if anyone would acknowledge me and they didn’t until a worker named Jonny I believe asked me and provided the jelly. I had the same experience with the other McDonald’s here in Piqua and I don’t go there anymore even though it’s closer to me. Thank you Jonny for seeing me it’s appreciated because I would drive to another city for better service if needed.

Slow service in the afternoon and evening… Definitely not fast food at those times, but mornings are definitely fast and the breakfast is actually made correctly. Best time to go is mornings

I guess I don’t understand how just shortly after lunch service starts I still have to wait for food to be cooked. This place is starting to get ridiculous. 11:20am and there are 3 people waiting on there items in the drive thru. All this franchise owners worry about is there damn profit.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait 7 minutes for fries. My sandwiches in the meantime are getting cold. People are passing us as we’re waiting. Finally get fries, there not hot at all. I’ve had hot fries from here, you can’t touch them. These fries were not Hot! Drove back around because by now I want a new order. If I’m getting stuck paying more money for food that’s smaller it better be hot. I got an attitude for the return, I said forget it, and I was told they didn’t care but I’ll wait 4 minutes. OK, so I sit and listen to at least 3 people in the kitchen bitching about this. The “Suprvsr”, did you all ready do that return? This is ridiculous you can’t get any hotter than that. What a bunch of crap, blah, blah, blah. Does it come out of there pay? And by the way, I no longer eat inside that place because it’s filthy. Absolutely the last time here, just lazy, ridiculous people.

I love coming to this McDonalds always fresh and I never have a problem. Kyle works mornings and he’s so polite and kind every morning. If I could give raises there’s a few people there who would deserve them. Thank you ash street McDonalds for always being number 1
