I absolutely love the service and food. The regular menu was amazing. We did also have the Valentine Day special 3 course meal. We just weren’t a fan of the lamb but everything else including desert and drinks were great! Try the pork chop dish!! “belly on tomahawk” or something like that! 5 stars! Jamie was our server who was absolutely delightful! Would recommend. Thank you Jamie for your recommendations, I’m going to our room full but satisfied lol!!

We had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great. It’s not often that you can actually hear the person you are dining with and the volume here was perfect. Everyone was friendly (from the hostess, to the server, to the manager). Kate (server) made great recommendations for our meals, drinks and dessert. She was happy to chat with us while also taking care of all of her tables. Lee (manager) also made suggestions for dessert, and checked in on us throughout the meal. While we don’t live locally, if we are back in Austin, we will definitely return to Acre 41. We would absolutely be regulars for nicer occasions if we were locals.

Our first visit to Austin for a comedy show Saturday night. Acre 41 was a few minutes away from our hotel. It was amazing! Our server Ram, was great! The atmosphere was intimate with low lighting. The food was wonderful. We shared the wagyu meatballs which were flavorful and went well on the bread which had a perfect crunch and thickness. I don’t have a picture of my husband’s bone-in ribeye but he said it was fabulous! The Acre Style Filet with crab meat and truffle bearnaise sauce was spectacular! The creamy spinach is a must. The bread pudding dessert was heavenly! I love bread pudding and this takes the top spot! Would definitely recommend this restaurant! When visiting Austin, we’ll be sure to eat here again!

Slow night here so we were lucky enough to have a romantic setting without crowds. Jamie was awesome- personable, helpful, and always had an amazing smile on her face. She recommended a few items from the menu. I ordered the Texas filet that she suggested and it blew me away! Outstanding!
Jamie checked on my allergies and made an extra effort to be sure that I would not have any adverse reaction.
The bourbon drink was outstanding according to my husband. Best one he has had.
I had the apple mule which was great.
The whole evening was great—food, atmosphere and service.

Whether you’re staying in the Otis or the AC, this is your restaurant. It’s pretty pricey, but I’ve stayed here a few times and eaten here a bunch and it’s consistently good food. Pretty pricey for the general area, but it seems like a nice restaurant for a celebration or just a special night out.

This place seriously blew us away. The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the service. Omar was one of the best servers we’ve ever had—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to help us pick out drinks and meals, gave great suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he cares about giving guests a great experience. The food was high quality across the board—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and everything cooked perfectly. The whole vibe of the restaurant feels welcoming yet elevated. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of from the moment you sit down. Big thanks to Omar and the team for such a great night. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

John is the best server I’ve ever had. I mean seriously – the pace, attentiveness, care, it was EXCELLENT. gonna name my first born son John after this guy. Steak was great, chef didn’t like the first one so they gave it to us free without asking and cooked another one. Flawless. I will be back for John and will refer many people here. Bravo.

We came for an early Valentine’s getaway while staying at The Otis. Food was 100 perfection! We were so busy enjoying our experience that we took few photos. Acre Steaks melt in your mouth, truffle burrata divine, my husband was making all the yummy food noises over the jalapeño Mac & Cheese… we had a poor experience on our last visit, but Manager Sarah made certain that this visit exceeded our expectations on all levels. We will continue to come back!
