Ordered a Big Double Tray with a side of fries and a black and white shake. Burger tasted alright but the fries were cold and soggy. The shake was also way too sweet. Probably won’t be back again.

Cook Out is always a quick and classic spot to go. Food came out hot and fresh. Only knocking down one star because we had to repeat ourselves a few times, and a few items were missing. Overall wasn’t a huge deal.

Man listen… I ordered two chicken bacon ranch wraps and Cajun fries. Strike one, they forgot my fries. Already irritated. Then I bite into the wrap and realize ain’t a single molecule of ranch in there. Not a drizzle. Not a whisper. Just dry tortilla, dry chicken, dry attitude. That wrap was drier than a Popeyes biscuit with no drink and no forgiveness. I damn near had to drink air just to swallow it. Don’t call it chicken bacon ranch if the ranch is imaginary.

Wow found out from the store managers GREG & TINA that this store is 14 years old and looks like a brand new store so clean and well cared for. FOOD was great we tried cook out in North Carolina and it was great. So just so I’m very clear on this consistency is every thing and both the restaurants were exactly alike. Great customer service great food great employees so excited to be at cook out working.

Won’t let us come inside.
Several of us honking and guy finally started talking orders.
People in the line before us and car to our left had to repeat their orders several times.
He asked us to repeat our order 3X.
Our tray sides were slaw and onion rings/ fries and onion rings.
We got double slaws.
Food was really good but atmosphere was obvious he didn’t want to be there.

Brittany the store manager needs to be re trained better in customer service I requested the cook to put on clean gloves after observing him touch on everything wipe his hands on his pants asked Brittany if she could get him to put on clean gloves she was very dismissive and not concerned so I requested a refund I will

Literally the quickest, most reliable drive thru ever. The speaker might sound rough but they certainly hear what you say and your food is ready as soon as your card goes through at the window. Food is better than most places, and way cheaper too.

The lady at the window was rude. She wouldn’t tell us her name and flipped her name tag over. She was eating food in the drive through window. She had a nasty attitude and demeanor the entire time. She didn’t have normal customer service “how are you” or anything. She just took the card and we asked for additional cups so our drinks don’t leak and she acted like it was a problem and snatched the cup back. The other two women were just giving us dirty looks the entire time. We typically don’t have a problem with this location during dinner time or later but today we decided to come at 3:30PM to grab a drink and we will not be coming back to this location. We typically love this place.

Definitely the best cook out in the 757. The inside is super clean and the workers actually give a crap. The food comes out Awesome and i’ve never had any complaints! This is definitely a cook out to go to, props to the manager and the hard working employees!
