I went to Bar Louie for Sunday Brunch and had the most amazing experience with James. He was such a ray of light and so pleasant. He was attentive to everyone and working the bar without missing a beat. And don’t get me started on his drinks and the way he made it his business to ensure my food was hot and drinks were amazing. He is truly a pillar of what the experience should be. I will definitely come back whenever James is working.

I went to bar Louie with my family yesterday morning, Friday for brunch and the brunch bartender. James is amazing. I’m from Vegas so going to places I’m always looking for a good vibe and a good atmosphere in James brought all of it and to top it off. The drinks were amazing. He made sure my food came out at a good time and was hot. He helped great conversation and was able to take care of the whole bar by himself every time I am in town I will make sure to come see James. This was a great experience.

I stopped in for lunch at Bar Louie on a Monday and had a nice overall experience. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and comfortable, and it was very quiet at lunchtime, which I enjoyed (8/10).
The tomato bisque soup was excellent—creamy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The hot chicken sandwich was okay; the chicken was a little chewy and could have used more flavor. I did ask for crispy bacon and they nailed it, which definitely earned extra points. Overall food rating: 7.5/10.
The cheesecake was fairly generic and nothing memorable (5/10).
What really stood out was the service—friendly, attentive, and spot on from start to finish. Easily 10/10.
Overall, a good experience with great service and a solid atmosphere. I’d return, especially for a casual lunch.

At one point we noticed our glass wasn’t clean, and Dakota immediately stepped in, apologized, and took care of it without hesitation. She quickly replaced the drink and made sure everything was perfect — no attitude, no delay, just excellent customer service.
It’s rare to find someone who handles situations so professionally while still being warm and personable. Dakota absolutely turned a small issue into a reminder of why great service makes all the difference.

We arrived in the afternoon, at about 2 pm. We waited about 3 minutes to be served then were sat down, we didnt get our drinks until about 2;30, then our orders were taken. The food never arrived we waited an hour and no food, i tried going to the bathroom but it was disgusting. I took a peek into the kitchen to see if our food was being made and i see 2 cooks and one was on his phone, as well as our server being on her phone as well. We left before getting our food as we waited way too long for it, when my father went to pay the servers tried saying the food was about to come but he saw there was no food being made and our server was on her phone. The soda was flat and warm even with ice. It was freezing inside the restaurant itself, despite being about 40 degrees outside. 0/10 experience. Note that it was not busy at all and the servers were rude as well.
