usually order a cheese pizza here which is very good. decided to try a vegetarian pizza with my selected veggies. asked for extra red sauce. when i got the pizza i opened the box before leaving the store & it looked like there wasn’t too much sauce at all. decided to see if maybe i was wrong about this & proceeded home. when i got home, the sauce could barely be seen! i was very disappointed since without the sauce, the pizza tasted very different & bland! i paid $26.51 for a large pizza with basically no sauce after requesting EXTRA SAUCE! not happy with this order!

Hands down the best pizza spot in Atlantic County. No pizza shop in EHT has any competition against special Pizza city. The pizza is top-tier and the cheesesteaks are even better 10/10 would highly recommend. Don’t even think about ordering from any other shop around.

$40 for a pizza wings and a 2 liter which is already over priced but whatever. Wings had hardly any sauce. They didnt even give us blue cheese. Will never order from there again.

Well I definitely been getting my pizza here since I’ve lived here, which is over 30 years. I’m not sure when they opened or if they changed ownership or whatever but usually they’re my go-to for regular or Sicilian pizza and definitely wings. I like their wing sauce, I usually get mild. It did seem like the wing sauce is less thick than normal, it usually has a thicker consistency and sticks to the wings, last night it didn’t do that seemed thin.. The main reason you got a four out of five.

My family loves Special Pizza City. They have THE BEST buffalo wings, great calzones, pizza steaks, and cheese steaks! Always a good experience.
I recently got an extra saucy sicilian pizza and buffalo wings and it was delicious.
I see people complain about delivery but I always pick my food up, so I wouldn’t count that against them. Delivery drivers can always change.

Had slice and buffalo wings. Slice was ok, size and flavor was nothing special. Wings sauce seemed homemade and was little sweet. Minimum size is 12 for the wings and came with celery. I must of caught the employees at closing cause they did not seem happy or barely acknowledge me standing at the counter to pick up my called in take out. Prices are decent was only like 13$. Great location. Lots of parking. Decent size inside to dine in.

Worst pizza I ever had and I have ordered from here for 20 years. Dough was raw and sticky and the cheese just slid off. It looked and tasted awful. There is too much competition around to ever order from here again. Pizza is so expensive now and I just paid for garbage pizza. So disappointed! Yuck!!!

I tried this place for the first time because I didn’t pack lunch for work and they did not disappoint ☺️ the turkey wrap is huge and the fries are fresh and still crispy. It was also delivered 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time. Glad I tried this place out and will be back
