Last night 11/27/25, I ordered through Uber. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and 2 10 piece nuggets. Please tell me why I received 4 buns with ketchup and pickle(no meat) and 40 nuggets. So I then proceeded to the McDonald’s and saw that they had just closed due to it being Thanksgiving, which is understandable. But for them to be lazy and do that was highly disrespectful and uncalled for. While I was sitting there watching to see who came out, several other cars returned with their bags of food as well, so not only did they do that to me, but they did it to several other customers.

I had a mind-bogglingly frustrating experience at this McDonald’s that I just can’t ignore. I went to another McDonald’s 15 minutes before and received a Diet Coke instead of the regular Coke I ordered. No big deal, I thought—I’ll just pop into the McDonald’s at 8361 Sheldon Rd. and have them correct the mistake. How hard could it be to swap a drink?
Apparently, **impossible**. When I politely explained the situation to the employee, she flat-out refused to swap the drink. I offered to show my receipt, proving that I had just ordered a Coke, but she didn’t care. Her excuse? “This is a different store, we can’t do that.”
Really? It’s a fountain drink. The same machines, the same company, and yet, somehow, this simple request was beyond their capability. The refusal to help was not just ridiculous but also bafflingly dismissive. I wasn’t asking for the world, just the correct drink. This encounter left a sour taste in my mouth—worse than any Diet Coke ever could.
If customer service this basic can’t be handled, I shudder to think what else goes wrong at this location. I won’t be returning, and neither should you.

I went there went through the drive thru and the 10 piece nuggets tasted old and stale and the big Mac bun tasted old like mold the fries were way to salty Wong go back hope I get a free meal or money back sorry mc Donalds. If I could give it a zero stars I would.

Conveniently none of the night staff at this location operate the drive thru after the cafe closed. Waited at the speaker, nothing. Ok, that’s weird so I pulled up to the pick up window, machines were still running, I could literally see an employee without a headset on, with their personal headphones in. I drive around a second time, honked my horn, silence. Go up to the same window and just like magic the worker disappeared. I don’t understand why your DT hours are posted to say open until 12am if your workers get to decide to call it an early night

My order is always missing items when I order from this location, sometimes even half of my order. Employees are very rude and don’t even greet their customers. Avoid if you can.

Usually good turn out for daily essential purchase. Prices have gone up quite a bit for a burger and fried potatoes this year. Essentially, their “dollar* menu is nonexistent, expect to pay at least 1.30 for a soft drink cup. A value meal, like a #1 large. Big Mac meal will run you around 10. Those 2 for 3.50 can still be okay but it will be gone, especially now with mimimum wage increase.

Bad service, won’t let people use app on fry day. Manager shaking head when I asked to scan my code for points and for free fry, had to pay for my free fry when I had the coupon on my app. Refused to give me a water cup with my purchase. Gave me wrong size fry. Angry workers.
