A truly high-performing quesabirria operation. This spot is consistently busy, with a steady flow of dine-in guests and DoorDash pickups, so efficiency matters. I highly recommend reviewing the menu ahead of time and being prepared to order — the line moves quickly.
That said, the food speaks for itself. The quesabirria is exceptional — flavorful, perfectly juicy, and generously portioned. They do not skimp on the meat, and the quality is consistent every visit. If you’re looking for top-tier execution and product, this is the place.

Excellent service, prices, and delicious food! My husband had the Wednesday lunch special which was three flautas for $8.88 and it was AMAZING! We are very picky with our Mexican food and we will definitely be going back as we both work really close.
They even have potato flautas (papas) and potato tacos. I’m pretty vegetarian so was excited to hear this. Also, we are from southern CA and are therefore super picky about our Mexican food. Like southern CA, they have potato options for nearly everything.
I had a bean/cheese/rice burrito that had some red sauce and cheese on top. The servings were huge and the taste was AMAZING.
Not a ton of seating but enough for everyone in there who chose to sit down.
Both of our lunches combined were under $23 which is a steal these days in this area.
They also give you a free dessert if you leave a review.
The salsa bar was AMAZING with plenty of salsas ranging from mild to medium to hot, with plenty of chopped lime chunks, pickled red onion, cilantro, onion.
We have found a new AMAZING Mexican restaurant with great food and exceptional service. Lots of Door Dash pick ups – so you know it’s one of the best Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Great food, nice salsa bar too. Not cheap (about $15 a burrito), but portions are huge and flavorful & delicious (guacamole was on point). A little over $40 just for these items, a water, tax, and a tip.

The people here are so kind and respectful. They never ger my order wrong and they always make sure to always get it right. The music here is amazing, this place has a great vibe to it, and the food is super duper good. I recommend the loaded fries, I recommend a burrito if you want to get full.

Super delicious asada and pastor tacos and the torta was perfect texture even after sitting and talking for awhile. Very glad we came here today and definately coming back next time I’m in Spring Valley. Alexia was super kind and such a courteous server. Thankful to have come to Tacos Los Barrios today. You won’t regret a visit, be sure to try the churros too 🙂

The food here was excellent. We ordered a carne asada burrito, carne asada nachos and potato hard shell tacos and side of rice and beans. Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. We really enjoyed the place. We will be back.

Food is good here, but charging A ATM card fee of $.75 per transaction is ridiculous. Places charge for credit card usage at times but not for ATM or debit card. This is predatory on customers and not good for your reputation. I ordered a mini breakfast burrito for $6.99 and before leaving a tip, my total was already $8.39. This was my first time at this location, and it looks like I won’t be back, too bad..
