I think we have been to all the Chili’s throughout the valley. We have found the 3 for Me is the best offer available jf you want to eat out at a resonable price. The food never dissappoints. The service is always stellar.

After my toddler got her finger badly smashed in a booth, Chilis sent us a gift card to makeup for it! We went back tonight and our waitress Kylie was heaven sent and so helpful to me as a mom trying to eat out with two small children. 5 stars!
Food & service here was good but wanted to make sure management knew about a potential safety hazard! My toddler was the first person to climb into our booth, and when my husband sat down after her she started screaming- there is a small gap between the booth and the wall & she had wedged her fingers in it. When my husband sat down it closed the gap right on her tiny fingers. It took us a second to realize what was happening and we couldn’t pry her fingers out until my husband stood up. Worth checking on all the booths because it could have been much worse!

First time at chili’s and I would say I would return out host seated us quickly it was a slower Saturday afternoon. Offered us to sign up for rewards to get free chips and salsa that was a plus right off the start as she recommended a good value opportunity. The waitress checked in, we ordered and she checked in several times throughout the meal. I would recommend for the price of fast food to come get a quality meal and service from a genuine business with great food and better service. Thank you chili’s. I’ll see you again soon!

My family frequently comes to this establishment. I am highly disappointed in how I was treated January 9th. My grandma was across the street having life threatening surgery, which is the only reason I was there that day. I came in to grab a two “3 for Me” specials. Upon arriving I waited over five minutes before even being addressed. When the employee finally took my order she was struggling so bad with just putting in the proper order that once she finally got it right asked her to simply double it. Well that was the beginning of my nightmare. She charged me full price for each and every item in my order. I paid and went to the restroom where I had a chance to review my receipt. Once I did I realized that I was indeed over charged. And the only reason I know is because my family and myself have came to this exact location for special events. I was just there December 18th, on my birthday and on that particular day the service was particularly subpar. On my birthday my uncle paid the bill while we were still eating and he included the tip. Once the payment was received the service degraded to the point that we had to flag down another waiter to even get to go boxes and on that day, my mom’s food was cold and seemed older than it should’ve been. I’m so disappointed in the last TWO times I have been there and I will never ever be going back or recommending this location to anyone else. I have been waiting for my refund for a week now. And there is no reason for that. I used a card that is pretty quick at refunding money when things like this occur. But I feel like I have gotten the run around by two different managers. The one I spoke to, January 9th, was so rude to the point that she didn’t want to come and see me, face to face after her employee made an error that caused me to pay double for something that was a “special”. I really hope that they learn in the service industry to treat these type of issues as a matter of importance. But they have lost me and my family as customers. And we will be frequenting another place for our family outings and events.

It was my first time trying Chili’s here in Vegas, and I was really excited to visit. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
However, I was a disappointed with the food. The ribs were dry, and the burger tasted a bland. 🙁 The service was also a bit slow at the beginning. Additionally, the Shirley Temple didn’t come with cherries, and I had to request them separately.
Overall, I still appreciate the friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place. I hope this was just an off day.

It’s Chili’s…but it’s one of the better ones I’ve come across. We had burgers and chicken sandwiches which were very good. The server was very attentive. She periodically checked on us, made sure our drinks were to our liking and never had to ask for a refill. It was crowded, but comfortable. We come here, or order delivery when we want a fast, decent meal.

The team at Chili’s went above and beyond for me and my daughter. From the moment we walked in the hostess was smiling and brought us right to a table. My daughter’s fingers were caught in the car door on the way in and the hostess immediately went back to get us a bag of ice after seating us. The attentiveness didn’t stop there. Our server, Annie, was kind, prompt and even though she had many tables made us feel like we were her only customers. Even the bussers and food runners were smiling and happy. I attribute this to the Manager, Mia. Mia brought out the ice herself to check in on my daughter and made us feel so welcomed. I’ve never seen a restaurant on a busy Friday night run as smoothly with friendlier faces. We will definitely be back.

Came in with no expectations and left wondering why it’s been so long since I’ve been here. Excellent value and great food.
Our server Jose was honestly incredible, some of the best service we’ve had in a looooooong time in this town I can’t praise him enough. We’ll be back soon!
