Ordered online for 6:30pm pickup. Had my son there at 6:25pm. Seems to be a very new group running the place who have no idea what’s going on. People were coming in to place orders and the employees were pulling items out of our order to fill other orders. My son was there until 7:15 and I told him to come home with whatever he could get. We were missing 1 of 4 pizzas and 2 of 4 crazy breads. I will be requesting full refund and disputing the charge with the credit card company.

Prety gross in all ways, the place is dirty the food tastes bad and the service was not good. There are so many better options for pizza on the island, this place has been there forever but I don’t know how it stays open with so many other better options.

Growing up on marco island, little ceasers always was a staple for me and my family until our most recent experience. A few nights ago we called the location several times around 9:20 they failed to pick up every time leading us to going into the store to order. When walking up to the counter we were welcomed with an unpleasant attitude and disrespectful tone as well as hearing a comment saying “what is wrong with this island people come in right before closing”. Past times we have walked into amazing customer service experiences when Javier was present but things have clearly changed when he left and not in a good way. After ordering our food we waited as a couple came in after us and the man behind the counter claimed to not have dough left when there were clearly trays of dough in the back as well as claiming they were out of other menu items. Declining service to someone before the store is closed is inappropriate and disrespectful in so many ways. When receiving our clearly rushed food it was uncooked and unappetizing leading us to putting it into the oven for several minutes. This is incredibly disappointing and upsetting towards us especially when we have been customers for so long. We will have to think twice before coming back.

I come here when I’m on the island but my son comes here regularly as he lives here. I’m very disappointed how I was treated and spoken to. I felt offended as the young man was rushing me as if he had a pressing appointment elsewhere. Than he ask me if I was having a good day because it seemed to him I wasn’t. I was with my grandson at the time and yes I was having a wonderful day up until walked into the establishment. He should have a smile like the owners /other staff do when they are there or at least be pleasant. Very unprofessional and obviously not a people person. I would like to hear from the owners as this young man really made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I am a fun person and a people person always! I did work for the hospitality industry and that would be unacceptable. Hope this reaches someone that can help him improve the Customer Service role. Thank you
