I’ve never been so disappointed…I ALWAYS get my shakes from cookout…me and my bestie ordered 2 shakes….an orange pushup and a banana/pineapple…the orange was not flavored it was just plain vanilla; and, my banana/pineapple, I normally have chunks of both, I had to dig to find what small pieces that were in there. Do better! Pics below…and when I find my receipt I’ll post that we were charged for shakes…don’t know why the orange shake said $1.50.

Cook Out is great for a super quick inexpensive meal. The burgers are always hot, fresh, and tasty. The only real issue was the staff. While appropriate replies were given, the tone was that she didn’t want to be there. Zero eye contact, zero enthusiasm. It wasn’t like it was busy, there were 2 cars ahead of us and one pulled up as I was pulling out of the drive thru.

Excellent location very worth the stop off of I 20 on your way to and from Augusta. Do not park in the neighboring McDonald’s parking lot as you will be towed. The food is excellent. The service is great. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms Were clean.

Instead of putting an actual chicken patty on my chicken sandwich they put what appears to be a CHICKEN NUGGET on my sandwich, i get its cheap but at least make a proper chicken sandwich or my family and I will never be back. This place is turning into a joke, do better and stop charging people for a chicken sandwich when you give them a very soggy bun and a chicken nugget

I ate here today. My main complaint was slow service. It took 30 minutes from ordering to get the food. I was charging my car next door and completed the 30 minutes charge, unpluged and drove over and food had not been delivered yet. Food: burgers were very good, bacon wrap and corn dog were good too. Onion rings were forgettable and cheese bites were dry and very few. The worse part was using the bathrooms after eating. There was not any soap or towels in either restroom and the walls of the toilet stall was missing in the men’s room. Where does staff wash their hands after toileting? Food value was good but lack of handwashing ans very slow service will prevent my return.

Super kind and friendly treated us like long time pals. the staffs amazing I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped us earlier today but he made the experience great the cashier around noonish. Food was really good had great flavor.

I haven’t been to the cook out in a while, so while I was in my hometown visiting my Mom in the hospital I had a taste for a burger and double fries tray with a cheerwine. My Wife ordered the 2 hot dog tray with cole slaw and fries. I had bun left an no meat, and my Wife said the first hot dog was perfect, but that second one was suspect. The bread was hard, and she had to eat just hot dog. Drinks were in large 32 oz cup, it used to be 20 oz, we didn’t need that much soda. The cup was running over, and no effort to cleanup before handing to customer. We are now not wanting cook out for a long time again. I hope they improve, this is not the normal.

Order Big BBQ tray and Big Burger Tray with Shakes. Manager told employee to wipe off shakes before passing out. Employee just past both out without doing it and shakes were dripping down both and made hands sticky. Got home burger fries were old and cold. BBQ tray was a Grilled BBQ Chicken Sandwich tray instead. Took that one back 15 minute trip both ways. Manager was polite that was the second star for. Food quality just low average par. Will be a long while if at all before returning.

If you would have asked me a year or 2 ago, I would have gave 5 stars. This place use to be the best bang for your buck. On my last experience they forgot to give me half of our meal. Drove away and had to go back. Half the meat on my burger was missing as well. Majority of the meal tasted great.
