This is a great place with an A+ service and great lunch specials! I enjoy very much visiting Maci Arepa located in Miramar Parkway and 57 avenue in Pembroke Pines Fl. I do highly suggest and recommend you to come and try.. the two staff members in the picture are amazing

Very Venezuelan place. Me and my husband always come back to order takeout—the food is really good, especially for the price range they have. We always get super full with our food, so we don’t order dessert that often, but I’ve had the chance to try some of them before, and the flavor always reminds me of Venezuela. The management and servers are always really nice and attentive—nothing to complain about.

Was not disappointed with the food here. If your looking for authentic Venezuelan fast food this is the place. Instead of table service it’s more like a counter service restaurant where you order at the counter and seat yourself once the food is ready. The service was great and there’s Venezuelan snacks you can buy after your meal.

The food was good, the portions were huge in case you’re hungry, I ordered a Reina Pepiada and the avocado was a bit brownish, as shown in the picture, but taste was ok.
Empanadas were good but tiny for the price, especially with the Arepas and Patacones being that generous.
Service wasn’t so friendly though.

Food was delicious, the service was amazing and I also like how they have television in the booths it makes it entraitaining and kept the kids busy. Will recommend has a welcoming environment. The bathroom was also clean and stocked up on everything which is rare for restaurants. Eitherway 5/5 will recommend

Perhaps because I came at 3pm on a Sunday…but friends I feel deceived by the reviews. Having moved away from South Fla and down for vacation I could not wait for a great venezuelan fix. Based on the ratings I found myself here. The food tastes like something you would buy at Publix and warm up. However at least at home you would be sure to heat it up. Here they just serve it cold. Yes the queso de Mano in the cachapa was cold upon service. The arepas were probably made a few weeks ago and they did not bother to heat it up. Tasted like eating an Amazon box with cheese. The tequenos fresh out of a warmer were at least some what lukewarm but very ordinary. I asked for butter on the arepas and they served me melted butter in a cup. And yes, I speak Spanish so it was not a language barrier issue. Coffee…notice no one mentions it…that is because there is nothing about it that is special. All of you who think this place is so great take time to visit Doggies Arepa Bar in Hallandale. Can’t wait to see what you all that rated this place a five rates that one. I assure you there the food comes out hot and freshly made.

I was so pleased with this restaurant. No wonder it has such good ratings and reviews. Their reputation is well deserved. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Place looks very clean. Food is amazing. Literally almost same flavors than in Venezuela. I tried the patacones with green plantains. A must try. Plantain was fresh fried. Chicken and beef super flavorful. Sauces incredibly tasty. Had the good luck to try the chicha drink. It was amazing and fresh, perfect combination of the drink and ice. So good. If you are looking for new flavors to experience this is your place for Venezuelan food. Highly recommended. Great job guys!

Food is good. I have a lot of experience with Venezuelan places and this one is just as good as any other good restaurant out there. Now, it’s not reinventing the wheel with Venezuelan food. If you are looking for a good place that knows how to make arepas un a very authentic way, this is a good place to go.
Pro Tip: the parrillas are really good and are really well served.
