Chili’s is a vibe! And this one was great! Didn’t wait long, waiter came over and took care of us without us looking for them, food fresh and hot, bill wasn’t bad! Girls Tea-Night was perfect here!

Shoutout to Gio M. for the excellent service, the service truly made the evening exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.
Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and answered all of our questions with patience and confidence. Drinks were refilled promptly, courses arrived at just the right pace, and every detail was handled with care. Tried the chicken nachos with guacamole. The nachos were better than i expected very flavorful and can fill up two adults and 3-4 light eaters. Great service clean and organized atmosphere!

We had the perfect visit! It was busier than expected when we arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday night, but we were still immediately sat. Our server Anthony was very attentive and able to anticipate anything our table needed, and it was awesome to see the manager Jenna bringing food out and supporting the team. I also observed a gentleman using a flashlight to make sure all debris was swept out from under the table which added to a clean safe food environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I know it’s hard to find good service, but I was beyond disappointed by my experience last night. The server was inattentive and I had to ask for everything. When my fajitas came , I had to ask for a plate and after about 8 minutes I gave up and ate my food without one. The server came out from the kitchen (chatting with associates) without a plate and I stopped them again to ask because they forgot. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Never going back.

I’m honestly so impressed at how well run this Chili’s is. I don’t know why my boyfriend is obsessed with Chili’s, but this is our second time coming here over the past two months.
Last time, they were slammed, but we got seated in less than 10 minutes. This time, I joined the Yelp waitlist, and we were seated after about 30 minutes. Evidently, everyone knows how good Chili’s is!
I love the food; it’s very nostalgic for me. I always got the crispers with honey mustard and still usually do. Plus, the food here comes out extremely quickly, and the servers are very friendly.

***** Service: Great server. Only good part of our visit.
* Food: Terrible food. Its quality has dropped horrifically from our last visit of about a year ago. Chicken and ribs quality was just very, very poor. And the problem was with the chicken and rib meat itself, not its prep. The dessert, a very average-sized cheesecake slice, was outrageously high priced. For what we paid, we’ve very recently had much better portions and quality from each one of the several competitors we visited.
** Atmosphere: The seats needed repadding. The place including its floors wasn’t clean. (Those floors were a food scraps minefield!) Someone brought their little one in and…we could smell diaper action. Gross! And of course lighting was dim to mask food quality.

I went on a very beautiful dinner with my family on the 7th of February and it was just amazing. I am new to the area and did not know what to expect, until I can to this location for the first time and wow. Customer service was just amazing our server Elias was just incredible and I will be more than happy to show my face and my families to this location more often. Take my credit card chilies I was so impressed. Elias you rock dude! Loved the sideburns kid.

This is for my girl Tiffany. Excellent employee and amazing customer service. Never had such wonderful experience at any chain restaurants. I never leave a review of any kind but tiffany is an exception. Give my girl tiffany a raise cause it’s quite literally unbelievable over how much this service changed me for the better. i love you tiffany. The food was pretty good too!

Did it pick up at 1:19 and the restaurant was a ghost town. I ordered a simple burger and when I opened the box the bun top and bottom bun we’re both pretty much destroyed. The fries were cold and they didn’t give me any napkins. All in all it’s a pretty decent tasting Burger except it was a mess. Hence the need for napkins. No excuse to get what I did especially when they’re not busy. The interior could use a good cleaning or a rehab. It took about 5 minutes until someone greeted me as I didn’t know I was supposed to go to the other side of the restaurant for the pickup. No wonder chain restaurants all over the country are closing.
