My birthday was Jan 13…we had a private party. No one came to check on us….dirty plates on tables..I had to track someone down. Salad bar was not filled back up. Ask if someone could sing happy birthday and all the employees disappeared. Took my boys in arcade 3 times …no workers in there. I saw 3 workers in there some were doing absolutely nothing standing by kitchen door. Very disappointed this time. Chicken was very salty…need more help on tuesday….more friendly employees.

First time visit, was very pleasantly surprised. Wednesday evening 730pm. The pizza and hot food buffet was fresh and hot plus they were still bringing out more food. Saled bar was fresh with a good selection. Overall a clean facility, maybe was short a staff person that evening as they were running around but still good service. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Will return and recommend

Every employee at this location was so friendly, welcoming, always asking how they could improve my experience. I am so impressed by the atmosphere, cleanliness, and variety of food. Always hot and fresh, the employees always make sure the buffet is full. My server Kat was so sweet, bubbly and welcoming. This is my most favorite place to go out to eat!!!

I was very pleased and impressed! I quit going because I the food was poor quality. My adopted mom wanted to go, so my sister, mom and I went. HIGHLY IMPRESSED! The pizzas were fresh and yummy, as was the rest of their buffet! The iced tea and hot coffee were really good too! Hazelnut coffee was my favorite! Then, of course, the dessert pizzas amazing but my favorite was the chocolate chip cookie! THAT was the most spectacular cookie that I have had in a long time! It went great with my Hazelnut coffee! The staff was really sweet and accommodating too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE RETURNING!

Kat and the staff were amazing! The Davis family had a great time—the food and atmosphere were excellent. The private room was perfect for families, letting the kids roam while adults relaxed, and the direct access to the FunZone was a huge bonus. The kids absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

This Pizza Ranch was amazing.. the buffet was well stocked and so good.. the waitress we had went above and beyond… she even took group photos for us.. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but we were there today from 11:00 to 12:30 and had one of the rooms reserved.. she was amazing.. this location is so much better then my local Burlington location…
