I wanted to shout out Erica for her world class service. From the moment my family and I walked in she welcomed us in and proceeded to take our order. Our orders were spot on with no error and followed up to make sure we weren’t missing anything. We later headed back up to order some ice cream, she later came around to inform us that their vanilla ice cream machine was frozen so offered chocolate to replace it for our order. She was very professional and even went above and beyond and gave us vouchers for the inconvenience. We truly appreciate her service and definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!

8/2/21 : I usually get their stellar fish or shrimp. Today I tried a butterburger and onion rings.
I got a single deluxe : It was just ok. 2 stars. It needs more meat.
The onion rings were OUTSTANDING ! Crisp and very tasty.

When we got home w our food 2 wks ago, we were short 1 sandwich. Last night they brought the food to the car, employee read the receipt as usual. But I told him we didn’t get everything last time so we went through the two bags and once again we didn’t get a sandwich. We were already waiting 20 minutes. So he went in and we waited more. They did come out with two coupons for free ice cream but I’m diabetic so that does me no good. We enjoyed the food but two times in a row not getting your food is getting old. I would suggest checking your food before you go home.

Solid food and quick service. Having a half dozen people say “welcome in” is a bit odd, but that’s an issue for management. One of my go to quick service restaurants.

The 2 rubens taste like you dumped a bottle of salt on it, horrible worse fast food ever. Chicken tenders taste like fish but paid 15 for just that. Cheese curds were not even filled up the food here is garbage. Save yourself the trip. The order taker was very rude did not listen and waited over 15 mins for my food HORRIBLE

Butter burgers R Awesome, but most of all I appreciate the cleanliness of it all. With flu season & with the high
numbers of COVID rising its so reassuring 2 see the associates clean the tables & seats thoroughly. Kinda makes one eat with confidence. Also appreciate the clean restroom. It was a very good experience.

Great food! The atmosphere was busy without being busy, I guess a little more chaotic.. I’m assuming it’s because of all the Uber Eats orders and the like. However, they gave me one thing from my order, asked if I needed anything else, and still had two cheeseburgers and some fries I was waiting on… I also noted that the Uber driver that got there before me was finally served after I was. Fantastic food outside of being a little pricey

Fun. Yummy food. Chocolate shakes have rich chocolate taste and great for dipping their crispy crinkle fries. People working are all friendly, polite, and the service is pleasant. The employees all have welcoming feeling.

Floor is pretty dirty and sticky. The deluxe double burger tastes very good. The Wisconsin Swiss burger is so so, like homemade sandwich. The beef patty is pretty thin. Thinner than Burger King and in and out.
