Everything here was great, the server was the lowest point but that by no means, means she was bad. I just would have appreciated being waited on more frequently, asked about our drinks and also a fresh constant flow of biscuits without having to ask for them, as red lobster trends to have at most red lobster establishments. Although we were informed that the biscuits are going fast and are being baked and constantly sent out, we did still have to ask if she could check on them to get our first and refilled batches of biscuits.

Went in today to grab takeout for lunch, food is amazing 1st time at a Red Lobster in El paso in general and they did right by the brand, hope the quality remains consistent. hostess gentleman at the door is kind, the to go section personnel with the blond hair horrible service, so much so my appetite went away for a bit. I’m so glad the food is of great standard. The place is huge, so give grace if a bit of wait. Next time I’ll order Curbside to not deal with such a terrible lady.

Alex was an excellent server. He was very focused and attentive! We having a birthday celebration and the free icecream and candle was an extra touch. The food was well presented and plentiful. I had the boil, a new item, and it was tasty. My brother had the admiral feast and it was exactly as pictured. My dad had the jambalaya. Enough to take home! My mom, not a seafood person, got the burger and it was well made. Highly reccomend for a celebration or just for a good date.

I ordered the Crab 2 ways with Old Bay and throughly enjoyed my meal. 2 large clusters of nice large crab legs, drawn butter and the crispy potatoes. The crab was cooked perfectly and it was very sweet. Now the crowning glory on this meal was my server Mabel. What a sweet and knowledgeable young lady. Food came fast and she checked on me periodically to ensure the meal was good and refill drinks as needed. This is the kind of server and service that you wished there was more of. Thanks Red Lobster for wonderful service and a delicious meal. AAA++++++++++

First, I want to say thank you to the waitress that was attending us, who was very polite. Unfortunately, secondly, our food service was unacceptable. We waited almost an hour for our food, when we got it all three of our orders were missing sides or had completely brought something different from what we ordered. It was cold. And in my plate personally I had 2 long pieces of hair inside my lobster and shrimp. I use to love this place, I dont know what happened to good service.

Luis Rubio was an outstanding server and truly made our dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect.

Red lobster has gone down in quality…Had a okay experience prolly won’t return. Ordered the Purple Haze by DRE and SNOOP along with a chicken Alfredo. Do not recommend the NEW boils.. just buttery no flavor. Could definitely spend $100 at a better restaurant and have a much pleasant experience.
