I love a good Carribbean restaurant. I took mself here for a solo date, and I’m glad to say that Spice House definitely received a spot on my list of Carribbean restaurants worth trying in metro Atlanta.
Upon walking in, the interior is beautiful and welcoming. There’s music playing from the speakers, but there’s also a stage for live performances.
I started off with the Tropical Island mocktail, and it was both pretty and tasty. It definitely has an island vibe to it. For my appetizer, I selected the chicken empanadas and they were so yummy. They’re even better if you dip them in the sauce that comes with them. For my entree, I chose the chicken rasta pasta and I’m glad I did. It was a little spicy, but simultaneously, very delicious and flavorful.
The service was very helpful and kind as well. Overall, my experience was an easy 10/10, and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you’re looking for amazing Carribbean food.

Tried this place for the first time. Beautiful decor, amazing evening ambiance with the low lights, low music, and relaxing vibe. We had the Rasta pasta with shrimp and chicken, and the salmon with mash potato and mixed veg. The salmon was sweet and tender, veggies had a good flavor and went well with the salmon. Potatoes were well seasoned for me. The pasta came out with plenty of protein and was a good size for the price. It had a great flavor. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

We had an AMAZING Friendsgiving event at Spice House Duluth. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They went above and beyond to make sure the over 100 guests were well taken care of. My wife and I visited Spice House a little while back because I’ve been in the mood for some good fish. The highlight for me was the grilled snapper with their Creole sauce. It was incredibly flavorful, tender, and easily one of the best fish dishes I’ve had in a long time. If I return, that’s exactly what I’m ordering again.
We started with the empanadas, which were tasty, but at around fourteen to fifteen dollars for two, I didn’t feel they were worth the price. The tostones were very good—large, flat, and well prepared. I do wish they offered cheese with them, but they paired nicely with the fish and other meats.
I ordered the chef’s board because I wanted to try a variety. It came with roasted curry chicken, jerk chicken, lamb chops, and snapper. The jerk chicken had excellent flavor and was very saucy, so it can get a little messy if you prefer not to use your hands. The lamb chops were fine, but again, the star of the night was the snapper.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. The interior is elegant, from the tables to the plates to the glassware. It would make a great spot for a date night, and there is also a bar area inside. Service was attentive during our visit, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Parking is plentiful since the location is in a large lot.
Overall, I’m glad we tried it. If you enjoy fish, especially grilled or fried snapper, this is a great place to visit. It was the standout of the entire meal.

Our server Taylor was awesome. We were first timers and she took care of us from beginning to end. She offered suggestions and helpful clarifications to our questions. The ambiance is nice with a dj spinning in preparation for live music later. The food and drinks were amazing. We had the long island ice tea and juicy pineapple, not watered down and as refreshing as described. We had the seafood dip with tortillas, oxtails with rice/peas and cabbage and the creole turkey wings with black rice – chefs kiss for all items – flavorful but not overwhelmingly spicy.

It was my first time visiting this place and the customer service is impeccable! Dynesha was the sweetest! She’s amazing and attentive! I definitely recommend her if you decide to visit. The food is amazing! I got the Hennessy Glazed wings as a starter and they were delicious! Im a sauce person and they had the perfect amout of sauce! As an entree I had the Rasta Pasta with Jerk Chicken and OMG the flavor was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The spice was perfect and the chicken was cooked to perfection! Everything was sooo good! 10/10!

I am not sure how this place has 4.6 ratings on google. The positives of this place are – Good ambiance, Nice decor and decent services. The cons start with very slow service. Although the place was empty on Friday night still the service was considerably slow. They have very limited menu. Please don’t go by the menu pictured on their website cuz half the items weren’t in their new menu. The food wasn’t good either. The chicken wings were too sweet, there wasn’t need to order dessert later on. The chicken empanadas had no flavor and seemed like they just warmed frozen empanadas and served nicely. The salmon was average. The pina colada was decent. The salad was the only good thing to have. The couple who sat next to us ordered the same chicken wings and they didn’t seem happy with the food quality either. They sent the item back. Two stars for the ambiance and decor. Wouldn’t go back or recommend

Interesting dinner experience. We were the only table for the time we were there. Hopefully this was just an off day because we really enjoyed Spice House. Service was great, food was fresh and full of flavor. Love the decor. I’d recommend giving spice house a try.

Very nice restaurant. Food was awesome and the prices can’t be beat. Beautiful atmosphere. On the other hand, our waitress wasn’t the best – she wasn’t very attentive, she spoke too fast, she didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu, she didn’t express herself very clearly when she explained certain things, she was borderline rude/condescending at one time, she spilled our drinks and had to get them re-made, and we never got our appetizer that we ordered – but our experience was good overall. Would definitely come back.

Ezekiel made this an amazing visit both times that we have gone. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is uniquely relaxing and gorgeous. We love it here at the location in Duluth.
