Came with a group of friends while in miami on vacation. This was a great experience. The food portions and flavor are amazing. We had the breakfast plates, Cuban sandwiches, plantains, and Cuban coffee.
Service was amazing and all the workers moved as a team.

Food here is fantastic! Absolutely delicious . The picana was so on point with the temperature , texture, tenderness, wonderful good! Congri was ok and the mash potatoes I don’t recommend they don’t even take the peel off. My favorite was the crema catalana. oh my god !! Sooo soo good. I think is the best dessert i had in a very long time. Our server was nice. Ambiance is a little off because the place was kind of dirty but it was late so they probably were just about to clean, i hope. Overall i do recommend this place cuz the food was really great.

Great place !!!!
Food is always delicious, excellent quality and fairly priced. Portions are abundant and well presented. Bacalao on Fridays is to die for.
Service is cordial and timely. Always ready to make suggestions or explain dishes.
Always clean and organized.
A real pleasure to have meals in this location.
Parking is never a problem.
Bathrooms are neat and well supplied.

Food was very tasty overall. Mariquitas (had both plantain & malanga varieties) were crispy, tasty, not greasy and cooked to perfection! Chicken steak came out overcooked first time, but they recooked it the 2nd time which came out tasty and juicy. Lamb (cordero) was tasty too!
Loved the decor here! Nice rustic brick look (see pics). Our server Nubia was sweet, friendly, and accomodating. Music was meh (alota sleepy throwback American ballads) with just a few upbeat American music throwbacks. Not one Latin song (no Salsa, Pop, etc). Music really adds much to the dining experience and they should consider adding some Latin music in the playlist. Still, I recommend this cool Latin restaurant!

Called at 930 on Monday for a soup for a pick up order and they said they were closed. Online it says that close at 10 and they were rude about it.. Management needs to check up on employees about closing early and being rude, never order from here again!! Do better

No traditional Latin flavor! Fritura de bacalo, horrible. Hard, full of flour a bite SIZE of nothing. The frita looked mass produced, tough, and packed with whatever flavorless filler kept that machine made shape. After a couple of bites nothing was worth the calories. VERY disappointed, won’t be back. Go to Las Vegas Latin Food!

El Rinconcito is one of those places that can be a gamble depending on the day you visit. There have been times when the food is absolutely delicious — fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. When they get it right, it really hits the spot and makes you want to come back. Some of their dishes can be truly enjoyable when made with care.

However, the inconsistency is hard to ignore. On several occasions, I’ve received food that was cold, felt old, or clearly had been sitting around for a while. It’s really disappointing to look forward to a meal and end up with something that tastes like it’s been reheated or just thrown together last minute.

The frustrating part is that you never know which version of the restaurant you’re going to get. If they could just maintain the same quality and freshness every time, it would make a world of difference. I keep hoping they improve because the potential is definitely there — when they’re on point, they’re great. But until then, it’s really just a hit-or-miss experience.

I ordered a Spanish palomilla steak well done, but what they served me, was a piece of meat with no taste whatsoever.
I also ordered mashed potatoes and they served me was like two scoops of ice cream , when I asked the waiter why it was so small, she said that if I wanted more I had to pay extra.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
They are not nice and do not aim to please the customer.
This is not the first time, they are awful.
