The staff is horrible…and I mean those making the food! They are slow slow slow! There is a female who works at night in the fryer station and alllllllll she does is talk and distract those making the food. She is laughing and flirting and just nonstop talking and not allowing them to do their job. The staff is being paid to do a job…not to talk and hang out. They also are clueless when there is no one at the register they just stare at customers not saying a word….especially the ladies who work in the afternoon during the lunch rush…they dont even have the decency to just say…”someone will be with you”. I have literally seen the security guard process orders and get behind the counter to do the drinks. He is getting paid to protect the location not to actually help work at Taco Bell. The staff who does work there just stands around..talking and staring at customers…I dont know what they get paid for because they can’t seem to get themselves together. This location is also dirty…dirty…dirty. There is no pride or care. Go to the one on 16th…its clean and the staff is wonderful!

Ordering was pretty easy on the kiosks this time, actually I only remember seeing 4 other customers enjoying their meals no screaming no talking just eating. The Service was great, and when my food was ready the team member called my name out and some guy she politely said came in was doing something came up and grabbed the wrong person’s food order he was then told more than once it was not his order and still proceeded taking the bag, finally a stern voice told him once it is not your food order it is someone else’s and he abruptly stopped. I needed the bathroom really bad, so I patiently waited for the other customer to finish in the bathroom and asked a team member I could trust long enough to use the bathroom to watch the bags. The food was Delicious I didn’t get or nauseous and I enjoyed my food and what time I get away. Then after that a altercation happened which wasn’t known of us involved in and I needed to leave. I’m sure if any decent help that the altercation would have needed it would be dealt quickly and effectively in a very fast manner. Other than that this place is very clean, very polite, very aware of their job and not be talking , camping, complaining carrying on going to someone that thinks should have known, etc. I’m just glad my phone didn’t freak call me that day, cause the hospital was very close by and additional help

just over a year ago i waited a very long time for a crunch wrap supreme that gave me such bad food poisoning that it landed me in the er for a day. when i got there the triage nurse was unsurprised when i listed off what i ate. i was so sick that i couldn’t stop vomiting long enough to explain my symptoms or what was going on to the er doctor. I always had a strong stomach prior to this but the food poisoning was so bad that it knocked out my entire gut biome and the trauma inside of my stomach triggered the activation of a celiac gene i did not even know i had. do not eat here- it is unsafe and unsanitary. this was the first time i ate taco bell and also the last.

This is an interesting place. I order ahead every time I come here, and without fail, even when my order is marked as “ready for pickup”, it has never been made at that time. No other Taco Bell that I’ve been to in New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or South Carolina has had this operating model where they mark orders as ready before being completed. In addition, when I approached the counter this evening after standing in the lobby area for 20 minutes waiting to be served, I was told that my order would be an additional 20 minutes delayed, as their policy states that all orders will not be made until the owner of the order checks in at the counter, and this includes DoorDash/UberEats/etc. I placed my order an hour ago now, and I’m still waiting for this order to come out of the kitchen.

There is another problem here – the security guard. I understand the need for a security guard at an urban fast food restaurant with this level of foot traffic. The way the security guard conducts himself, though, is contrary to any other security guard I’ve seen. He proudly wears a pin on the front and back of his two bulletproof vests, depicting a blacked out version of the Israeli flag. I’m surprised that Taco Bell corporate allows displays of political opinion on their security guards, and it makes me feel quite unsafe, given that I come from a south Asian/Arab descent.

The lobby is swarmed with doordash drivers every time I come here, to the point that there’s no floor space to actually talk to someone at the register and pay cash for a transaction. Right now, as I’m sitting and waiting for my order, there’s about 30 delivery drivers in the lobby, none of which are being served. There is a very large sign that points to the right side of the counter, whereby once you walk around the corner, there is a rack that’s labeled for mobile and delivery pickup. That rack is empty, has never been filled, and instead all orders are being held behind the counter, causing further delays in getting the delivery drivers out the door and clearing space for actual customers.

As I sit here and watch the kitchen, I can’t help but notice that the staff are spending almost as much time chatting and walking around as they are spending making people’s orders. It’s definitely not an efficient operation, and I struggle to envision why the management have retained staff that do this.

I’m still sitting off to the side, an hour and a quarter after I ordered, waiting for my order. I run a small group for special needs students on my campus, and at this point, I’ve missed the entire meeting waiting for these tacos, which were supposed to be for those students.

These people work at a snails pace. I usually give food service workers the benefit of the doubt because I myself worked in fast food but if I worked as slow as these people in my time in fast food I would have been fired.

If I could rate this even lower, I would. I witnessed the employees screaming and cursing out the crowd of customers. The man at the counter repeatedly threatened physical violence on multiple people. The security guard threw a woman to the ground on the public sidewalk out front of the restaurant. This experience was so atrocious that I would caution anyone from going there for their own physical safety.

If you’re paying with a credit card, they force you to use your kiosk the kiosk you click on meals and the meals don’t come up that are on the board so you go to the county and they tell you have to use the key so I will not be returning this Taco Bell ever I just walked out. Lazy people don’t wanna help you

Slow. No seating available. Slow as hell for online orders. Kiosk ordering is generally quick.
