Our ethos is pretty simple; we’re all about being excellent in everything we do from the fresh food carefully crafted by our chefs to the expertly made drinks poured at the bar. Staff were ok. Starters were nice (crispy chicken and soup) but the main meal courses were very disappointing. £20 per steak and we are served with the pictures attached. Refused to eat, not proper quality, steak looks boiled. Would not recommend.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Ollie and his colleague whose name we didn’t get. My mum has had a tough time as she recently lost her brother and Ollie and his colleague made her laugh with their banter as soon as she walked in.
We both enjoyed the steak pies and it wasn’t too much trouble for us to swap the mash for chips. The restaurant was very clean and a nice atmosphere. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

Amazing place, Staff couldn’t do more to accommodate us. Friendly, polite, food was amazing! Big shout out to Tia, Connor and Dan! Found us a screwdriver so we could open our boys toys! Just a brilliant experience overall! Will definitely be back and already recommended to people!

We ate here mid Sunday afternoon. We had a warm welcome and very fast service. It was thankfully not too busy in the bar area where our little dog was allowed. I only wish I had seen the discount code on the phone ordering info card at the table when ordering so I could have had 10% off our pricey bottle of New Zealand sauvignon blanc. It was very good quality wine so we were not disappointed. The fish and chips were well presented and portions big enough for our small appetites. The veggie burger was also well enjoyed. Will be back. We like the Marstons brand.

Amazing customer service. Sunday roast was beautifully cooked. The only thing I could fault be the Yorkshire pudding, very thin and crispy, but no restaurant gets them right often. Other than that vegetables were perfect and meat was beautifully tender.
