I had the pleasure of shooting an engagement party here and I had such a blast! The couple and their families were wonderful to work with and the whole space is just so beautiful. It has that gorgeous French feel that made the whole day feel so special.

The food was absolutely incredible too! Easily one of the best meals I’ve seen at an event lately.

As a photographer, I loved that we didn’t have to leave the property for photos. There are so many pretty spots for portraits right inside their space, so the couple could just relax and enjoy without any stress.

The staff was also so amazing! They were so kind and accommodating to the guests and they really went out of their way to take care of the vendors too. Plus, having free validated underground parking is such a win for this part of Toronto.

If you’re looking for a warm, gorgeous French spot with gourmet food, this is your venue! I can’t wait to be back!

As a wedding photographer who has photographed multiple weddings at Auberge du Pommier, what I love most about this venue is how cozy and versatile it is.
The outdoor yet fully covered patio is a beautiful ceremony space. It feels intimate and calm, and it gives couples peace of mind when the weather is unpredictable. It’s also a great spot for family portraits.
Inside, the restaurant feels warm and inviting. There’s a real sense of intimacy that translates beautifully in photos.
Even though the location may seem a bit tucked away, there are several lovely spots around the building that work perfectly for additional outdoor images.
The staff are always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which makes the day run smoothly. And the food is excellent.

We had a fantastic experience at Auberge du Pommier.

We arrived on a snowy evening, and the ambiance was exactly what you want on a night like that. Cozy and quiet, perfect for an unhurried dinner and great conversation.

We started with cocktails. The French Flair was elegant and balanced, and the Aviation was beautifully done as well.

Caviar with buckwheat blini, egg, crème fraîche, shallot, and chive, all thoughtfully portioned and structured to let the caviar shine.

The foie gras vol-au-vent was rich and creamy, indulgent without being heavy.

The miso-marinated sablefish was incredibly soft and flavourful, paired with taboulé, grape, and beurre blanc. A standout dish.

The lamb three ways was tender and perfectly cooked, each preparation showcasing a different texture and depth of flavour.

Service was attentive but not overbearing throughout the evening. Each dish was presented with clear descriptions, which really added to the experience.

Refined food, cozy yet elegant ambiance, great service. Highly recommended!

Considerate Food Tasting
We came for the Valentine’s Day lunch and got the set meal. The food arrived on good time and the servers were attentive. The front desk staff took our coats but didn’t make much eye contact.

The food was decent but we’ve definitely had better value when comparing to other restaurants at the same scale. May come back for a regular meal, guessing the Valentine’s specials were +$$$.

We were there for Winterlicious and it was better than expected.

We made a reservation for a group of 8 and were lucky enough to get the private room. Spacious and with a fireplace, we felt quite special. Andrew was our main server and he was great, always with a smile, so respectful and amicable.
The food was exquisite and the service like no other.
We were not rushed and invited to stay even after we were done with our dinner.
The entire experience was incredible!!

Anniversary shenanigans..Wonderful dining experience at Auberge du Pommier .
A fine dining experience that blends traditional French with North American influences.Their philosophy being use of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that respect tradition while embracing modern techniques.
We savoured various Amouche bouche to begin with. Our mains were the Atlantic salmon, celeriac rémoulade, kale, cider beurre blanc
And a perfectly grilled rib eye, sourdough crumble, pomme quenelle, broccolini, red wine jus.

Saving the best for last were the
Chocolat
hazelnut, praline ice cream
A Black Forest gateaux
And assorted petit fours.

Quite easily a very fine and memorable dining experience as always. Wonderful and attentive staff that made our celebrations a delightful one.

Went to Auberge with my girlfriend, last night, for a special winterlicious, early Valentine’s dinner. The entire service staff should be commended for creating a certain vibe in the restaurant. That vibe is ‘classy and elegant’. The food was immaculate, every course was fantastic but truly, the Lamb sirloin entrée melted in my mouth, bursting with flavour. Andrew provided the perfect friendly, professional complimentary service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Auberge, for giving us an incredible experience!

Auberge du Pommier never disappoints! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm, elegant hospitality that makes you feel truly special. The restaurant’s charming French countryside atmosphere, combined with its refined decor, sets the perfect tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

Every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavor — refined yet comforting. The lunch menu is thoughtfully curated, and each course feels like a delightful journey through French cuisine. The service is impeccable — attentive without being intrusive, and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

Whether it’s for a special occasion or simply to indulge in a remarkable meal, Auberge du Pommier continues to set the standard for fine dining in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Went for winterlicious. Potato & leek soup was phenomenal. Steak was good but the sauce was a bit too salty. Apple tart dessert was excellent. Our waiter Elliot was phenomenal and made sure we were well taken care of.
