I was so happy everyone enjoyed the food. I ordered for dinner at work some others wanted to try it. We had the fried porgies fish, flounder fish, rasta pasta, string beans, collard greens, mac and cheese yams. The fish was fried golden brown with a light crisp to it seasoned well just right besides were all good. They enjoyed the Rasta pasta we ordered it as a side but we will order it as a main dish next time. My plate in the picture looks a bit messy it’s because I try to cram a little bit of everything on it at one time.

Was pretty empty. Various items were out of stock or limited. Got a porgy sandwich but the porgy came with bone in and not filleted. Ordered this from other spots and haven’t had it served with the tail and bone. Fish seemed fresh. Flavor was simple. I don’t mind removing bones when eating as a dinner entree but where I could put the filets between the bread I was hoping for filets.

My first time experiencing bad food. I have always their catfish. Today I had their wings and was highly disappointed. Not only did they taste like leftovers but was also fries in old, burnt oil. I ordered takeout and moving forward will want to see my food before l leave because the minute I opened those wings I knew I got took. Should have taken them back but lesson learned:(

New place with much potential. Ordered Whiting dinner with collards & yams. Very tasty sides and would order again. Sides were hot and, again, very tasty. They get 5 stars. The fish is not so good. The fried fish was room temperature. I’m sure the fish would have been more tasty if it were hot. Eating in might be best but should not be necessary. Keep up the good work. This family business has much potential.

Ok where do I start?!
Let me set the scene for you… 30 hungry bikers pull up on a Sunday afternoon and bombard this establishment with orders back to back to back. Along with their usual Sunday crowd of churchgoer families and a few people trying grab food on their lunch break. (We apologize to you all lol) Ok so can you see the madness?!?! Good! Now let me tell you this, the server Shan (I believe her name was) DIDN’T MISS A BEAT!!! I SWEAR SHE DIDN’T FLINCH or even break a sweat! She was amazing. Just kind, full of smiles and knocked out the 40+ orders.
JEEZ… I didn’t even get to the food yet… So I ordered one of the special meals; 4 whiting, 4 shrimp, max n cheese, and candied yams. HUGE MISTAKE!! The food was AMAZING!!! Like altogether it was perfect!!! I said huge mistake because I was so full I just wanted to go to sleep and forgot I still had to ride a 1000lb motorcycle around with these maniacs I call brothers.

The whitings and potato salad were good, but the collard greens were NASTY!!! The greens had a weird texture, cut too big, and no flavor. It also had a strange aftertaste. Need a new recipe for the collard greens. Sorry. (My aunt felt the same way)
