When I arrived to this location I sat in the drive through go 15 mins before I realized the worker was only taking order from 1 side refusing to acknowledge that there was other people in the other lane, so I came in to order and as I was explaining my experience this worker didn’t listen she was rude and was disrespectful after taking my order she go my food and tossed it up on the counter and said ur food sir and walked away. Then look at this nasty mess this is by far the worse McDonalds location I e ever been to

Parking is sparse at this location. They are always clean in the restrooms- for a fast food place.
What I noticed during this visit was the lack of employee interaction. Sadly, this seems to be the new normal. I order what I want inside without human interaction. And someone yells my number and walks off – leaving my bag on the counter.

Couldn’t get service had a 24 hour online but never took a order because ‘after 12 o clock they only do door dash orders’, thats what we were told but no one wanted to tell us at the microphone when we pulled up. We were told, ‘well we figured you would figure it out’.

The service was good considering how busy this location was. I’m glad to know that McDonald’s restaurants still have their dining rooms open during all the pandemic craziness, and the extra precautions they are taking for customers and employee safety. Food was freshly made when I ordered it, and prepared well. Apple Fritter was good.

So we go in here around 8 pm. A non-busy time. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s anyways, but I mean, at least be picked up and clean. So the manager on duty, Tessa, I guess is her name, I’m not for certain as she didn’t have a name tag on…… Was the order taker. She was very….. Well can’t say rude, but she wasn’t happy about it. She definitely doesn’t like her job. Food was made and we got it. The buns were stale, the sandwich we got with bacon had maybe a half of a slice of bacon. Remind you we spent almost 35 dollars. When I talked to her about, even more rude, didn’t show concern at all. Trash cans were over full, all of them. Drink Station wasn’t stocked or clean……. For not being busy, there was nothing clean, and nobody cleaning. If I could’ve taken pictures from behind the counter I would have. I wouldn’t suggest this McDonald’s to anyone!!!!!!!
