5 stars all around. Maddie and Garret are stellar. Both always greet us and provide amazing service. It feels like they always go the extra mile to make us happy! We live in Brighton, and make the drive, because it’s worth it! Every cider we’ve tried is amazing. All of the food we’ve tried is fantastic. The vibes, the people, the views….all on point!! If you’re thinking of coming down, do it.

The Acreage by a Stem Ciders is a one of a kind restaurant. Perched high atop a prominent overlook of the Lafayette area, the location comes with amazing views of sunsets over the Front Range. The food and drinks served are top notch with, of course their trademark emphasis on cider and a thoughtful beer selection. Set in what looks like a three story brewery warehouse, the facility gives one the feel of high country overlook in a park-like setting. I was completely impressed by the healthy, whole food selection as I enjoyed grilled asparagus, Shishito peppers, and brussels sprouts, along with an entrée of stuffed portobello mushrooms and rosemary and white bean puree. Chef driven, fresh, healthy and mindful.

Took my team out to dinner here. The atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful sunset. Lots of great outdoor areas to sit, loved all of that.

The service here is amazing, game on, as crowded as they were, they were there for everything we needed, and every time we needed them.

Now, for the food, we were there at 7pm and 3 of their most popular dishes. The half chicken, lamb and bison we’re all sold out on a Wed., very disappointing. So I ordered the Chicken Sandwich, it was overcooked dry, pretty bad. Now, the stuffed bison pepper was delicious. The fried green tomatoes were a joke. I’ve had my share, and this isn’t even close to being fresh or homemade. The batter was really hard crunch, not a good crunch. If that makes any sense. My team said the pork loin was really good, but nothing else really special jumped out at them. T

Summary- The food here is okay. It’s really the atmosphere that makes this place worth going to. So I would make this a place to go have a beer and maybe some appetizers. Watch the sunset. Then, go out to dinner somewhere else.

Parking is horrendous, good luck.

Acreage by Stem Ciders was an awesome experience from start to finish. The drinks were excellent great variety and flavor, especially if you enjoy craft ciders. The duck poutine was a standout perfectly made and so flavorful you wouldn’t even guess it was duck. The wagyu pastrami was another highlight tender, rich, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the food exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great drink and an elevated meal to match!

Came to Acerage by Stem Ciders on my Denver Trip on the afternoon of the 7th November 2025.

Came here due to this place having Cider, which seemed to me at least to be quite a rarity here? Anyways, Acerage at Stem Cider also has a beautiful view of the mountains! We sat outside and looked at the mountains, until the wind came and forced us inside…

But other than this the place is really nice, the staff are really nice and the food was really good too. Highly recommend!

I felt like we hit the jackpot when I found Acreage. I made reservations- which are highly recommended- asked for outdoor seating, not aware of the amazing views we would be treated to. Our server, Garret, had a warm and friendly personality. He more than made up for the sourpuss hostess (Wednesday night, dark hair) that sat us. We had the crispy Brussels spouts, which my husband liked a lot, the French fries- I’m a French fry girl and these were outstanding- and we split the burger. I had the hard mango lemonade. Very good. Garett did a great job pointing me in a good direction for my tastebuds. My only critique would be to find a better bakery for the bun. It was hard, possibly stale (?) and too big for the meat.

Sam was great! First time in and super knowledgeable at breaking down the wide array of cider and beers! Thank for the recommendations! Food was delicious & came out super promptly for a busy Saturday night. Got pulled in to some of the merch, cool to see all their brands represented in one space.

Absolutely adorable atmosphere, especially in the fall. Wonderfully sweet staff and delicious food. Shoshito peppers, Thai Shrimp Bowl and Salmon Poke Bowl were excellent. Cider and Beer list are extensive and great.

Great place to bring visitors or to watch sunset. You can’t go wrong with trying the cider flight. The food and service can be hit or miss. We started with the caramelized onion dip which was pretty average. The pork loin entree was huge and very flavorful! My friend enjoyed her burger and truffle fries.

Wonderful restaurant and Brewery. Tons of outdoor space. Excellent for tourists to watch the sunset. Possibly the best spot in the Colorado front range. Awesome beers and food. 4 stars only for the very weak mixed drinks that are delicious but are almost alcohol free. EVERYTHING else is 5 stars.
