Im from florida , mexican cuisine is extremely popular there. This restaurant feels like its cosplaying authentic Mexican cuisine, the “salsa” is so thick like ketchup. Honestly, I think they opened a can of tomato sauce and added a can of diced chilies to it. It tastes very artificial. The food was mid. And the menu selection is very small. You cant even get rice and beans with the kids meal because for some reason even though “rice and beans” is listed as a side on the menu for $2.99 the waitress said its 2 sides??? Im not sure this area really knows what mexican food is. Its almost the same vibe as taco bell. The chicken and the taco salad tastes fresh out of a can and im almost positive the steak is from the dollar tree , i chewed for probably 5 minutes. Wont be back here lol all of the food tastes artificial

The hostess didn’t listen and took us over, across and down to get to a table with lots of noise. We had requested a booth. So we had to go to the other side of the restaurant. And we were dumped there. I tried to get their attention so I could get green sauce. But we were not interesting enough to them. Our waitress was sweet natured but scattered a bit, and care less. We ordered beverages, Mountain Dew and Lemonade both no ice, I requested she bring two Mountain Dew’s for May partner because he has medical issues and soda helps him swallow. She explained that she can’t, would get fired etc. We don’t go out often, my beloved is recovering from brutal cancer treatment and it took over a year for him to swallow, this was a big deal to us. She did in the end compromise and brought him a glass of water. Like that was some kind of bonus. When I asked for, had to ask for a refill on my lemonade, she took the glass and was gone, I don’t have medical issues, still I was with out my beverage because she took it.
The food was great we enjoyed the food. We will not come back. Our time out, is valuable to us and going somewhere where being lectured over soda, and having to wait for everything just a bit too long ruined this for both of us.

We normally love going to this Hacienda, but today was absolutely awful. Service was very slow, which they were busy so that’s understandable. However, the chips being stale AND hard, to the point of my friend losing a tooth is not. Let me also add, we were not compensated in any way. Just oh do you want a cup for that? I asked for new chips, same issue absolutely terrible. Food was cold, wasn’t even made how it was ordered. Forgot many things, moz sticks were cold, marinara sauce was warm. Very obvious these were left sitting.. maybe short staffed maybe not. But tonight was awful. Oh pic of the tooth as well as the chips, from of course biting into the stale hard chips. Incase anyone doesn’t believe this is a tooth, there is also a zoomed in version.

I ordered and picked up for carry out, a seafood taco salad with the addition of refried beans. I paid for it. I asked them to confirm that it was correct and that seafood and beans were both in the salad. They confirmed it was correct. There was no seafood. I called Hacienda and let them know. They did offer that I could drive all the way back there and get a new one. Please confirm that your order is correct by opening it and sorting through the food item yourself.Also the salsa tastes like tomato sauce. poured into a bowl straight from a can and was not at all flavorful.

It’s a nice old house that shows some signs of originality, but was converted into a Mexican restaurant decades ago. It has multiple rooms and levels with good food and prompt service. It’s certainly family friendly and moderately priced. It would’ve been nice to have known more about the building itself. It is rumored to have had a ghostly history and our waitress confirmed her own experiences there, but it certainly was a lovely night out with the family.

We LOVE hacienda. The wet burrito never disappoints. Also, the ranch for the chips is absolutely amazing. I was glad I could share such great food with my friends today! We got there right as they opened. They were very pleasant and happy to serve us!

Got delivery from DoorDash, but it was NOT my driver’s fault. I usually LOVE Hacienda, but tonight was terrible. My total was $115.38 for 3 people! They forgot the extra cheese on the wet burritos, the Chili Con Queso was so gross, thick, burnt, and INEDIBLE, and the chips were so greasy(see pics) that the oily mess transferred through the paper bag onto my tablecloth. I spoke with sweet Cammie at Hacienda, and she took my name and information and said I could pick up a bag of chips and CCQ at my convenience. Hopefully they make it right when I pick it up.

Although the food isn’t authentic “Mexican” cuisine, it’s still pretty good and their frozen margaritas are phenomenal.
There was a kitchen staff shortage last evening and we were put on a waitlist. We only waited 20 out of the 30 minutes we were quoted. We were attended to immediately once seated.
I was impressed that our order came as quickly as it did. (Especially considering they only had one cook.) Kudos to the employees for pulling it together and making the best of the situation.

We were immediately sat on a Saturday at lunch time. Followed by warm chips and salsa. Chicken Taco salad was good, chicken was juicy and flavorful. My guest got a chimichanga that was perfection. My little guest (2yr old) enjoyed a frozen kids drink, delicious Mac n cheese and warm fries. Nostalgic atmosphere and constantly played old school favorites on the radio. Perfect quick lunch stop.

I have been here numerous times. We had a large group so service was slow. Someone told the waitress it was my boyfriend’s birthday ( which it was yesterday) so the staff came out and sang happy birthday and put a sombrero on his head. Before we got the bill he gave the sombrero back. The waitress then gave it to a couple with kids sitting nearby. Anyway, look at the bill and there’s a five dollar charge for the sombrero! I confronted the waitress and she offered to take off the charge but my boyfriend said it was ok. To me, it was not okay. Should not have been on there! That’s like saying “tell me it’s your birthday and we’ll charge you five dollars”!! They just snuck that in! What restaurant charges someone on their birthday?? Usually you get a free dessert. Never did the waitress tell us there was a charge for the sombrero. You also have to be careful if they ask if you want guacamole or sour cream that it is an additional cost. Please beware especially for a birthday.
