I had a small issue with my to-go order yesterday and called the restaurant. I spoke with the general manager, Barbie, and she truly exemplifies outstanding customer service. She handled everything professionally and made it right right away. It’s clear this Olive Garden location is well managed. The customer service is excellent and the food is consistently good. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 which included our 2 and 3.5 yr old were seated just before 6:00PM and the waiter took our food and drink order within 5 minutes. Almost 15 min after ordering we finally received our salad and breadsticks. About 30 minutes after ordering the waiter comes to tell us he forgot that the 2 dishes the adults ordered were out. So he didn’t even put out orders in to include our young children until 30 min after ordering. Just before 7 almost 58 minutes after getting seated he brings out the 2 adult entrees (which one wasn’t even correct after having to reorder) but no kids meals (said he thought someone had already walked them out). At this point we say to box ours up and bring us the check and remove the kids’ meals. After almost 10 minutes I have to hunt him down to get our boxes and said forget about the kids meals and get our ticket. He said he’s trying to find someone to do it. We finally had to track down a manager as we never saw our waiter again who eventually comp’d our entire check. We would have been fine if our meals were missing but our kids were almost crying from being hungry at this point. We were frustrated but polite and the managers were apologetic and nice but our waiter was MIA the last 20 minutes. Only reason giving 2 stars is because the manager was nice and zeroed out our bill even though we were willing to pay for the 2 adult meals. This was our first time here since moving to Newnan last month and sadly won’t be back.

We had gotten Joel as our server and we was so wonderful. Anyone who gets him will have a treat! We had originally went to this location a month ago and had horrible service but on Valentine’s Day we decided to come back and we met the best server we’ve ever had!! I had an issue with my food and he was deeply apologetic and ensured I had my order fixed. He made sure we had everything and sent us home with fresh bread sticks! Overall we’ve had the best experience!

While I’ve had many great experiences while dining in, recently I ordered from the catering menu for our mom’s birthday and it was an amazing experience. We ordered the pasta station that says it feeds up to 10 but we had 12 people and still had plenty left over.
When I arrived for pick up my order was ready and packaged nicely. The correct number of plates and silverware was also correct.
I had a 40 min drive home and then got everything set up to eat so probably another 20 mins. Even after this the food was still hot and fresh.
The only thing I wished was included was plastic serving spoons and tongs as since there were so many different items I had to use a lot of utensils.

Tonight was my first time visiting Olive Garden, and unfortunately, it was very underwhelming. I came with my children and friends, excited to finally experience it, but I left feeling disappointed.
Our waiter was not very knowledgeable about the menu, wasn’t particularly friendly, and didn’t seem helpful. We seemed to be a bother to him. After initially coming to the table, he often disappeared for long periods, which made it hard to get assistance when we needed it.
The food itself was also disappointing. The soup was extremely watery, even the waiter noticed and said he wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. The breadsticks were overly salty, and my meal was very bland. I ended up leaving my entire plate untouched.
My child ordered chicken tenders and fries, but there was no ketchup available. It would have been nice if we were told beforehand. My baby was unable to it her food as she has always at her chicken tenders with ketchup. The waiter was nonchalant about it. Publix, Kroger, Food Depot, Walmart, Dollar Tree are all nearby; therefore, I am confused as to how there was no ketchup available.
Overall, I was really looking forward to this experience, especially since it was my first visit, but it just didn’t meet expectations. I truly hope this was just an off night, but it left me very disappointed.

Last night, my server, oh my gosh, was genuinely the best service I’ve ever had. She didn’t let my drink get low even once; the second it was halfway gone, she was right there with another. She paid close attention to every little detail my husband wanted for his salad: no onions, extra tomatoes, no olives.
She was so pleasant to talk to, so easy to be around, and absolutely hilarious with her jokes. She truly made my entire night.
We will definitely be coming back just for Marley, like Bob Marley. ❤️

Our experience at this location started out very rocky. However, when you have great management on staff checking on everyone you can fix a lot. That is exactly what the manager did tonight – she turned a bad experience where we may not have come back into a great experience. I personally call that the peak of service and for that would highly recommend this location. Our waitress was brand new but friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of our evening!
