Our family ate at Sagebrush for dinner and had a great experience all around!
From the soft, fresh dinner rolls, and tasty fried pickles, to the main courses and the service, everything was good!
The butter seems like higher quality than most restaurants- with a rich yellow color and good flavor and texture.
The food came out fairly quickly and everything was tasty. I got the lemon salmon with broccoli and a loaded sweet potato, and they were all tasty. The lemon sauce was also nice on the broccoli!
My fiancé got the filet mignon with green beans and a baked potato, all of which were good. The steak was perfectly cooked and had a beautiful crust!
The Marshall Dillon steak was good- it was an interesting change of pace. The side salad was also good- and their ranch and bleu cheese are tasty; both are house made! I also appreciate that they give you dinner mints!
The price was very reasonable- cheaper than most steak houses.
The ambiance is casual, with the feel of a country bar and restaurant.
Overall, we will definitely come back to Sage Brush and recommend friends and family to come as well!

Our family stopped at Sagebrush Steakhouse in Dunn after visiting the Meadow Lights to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and with a group of 16 people, we weren’t sure what to expect. We were seated in a private back room, and even though we only had one waitress for the entire group, she absolutely nailed it. She kept every cup full, stayed patient and attentive, and somehow managed to handle all of us by herself without missing a beat. Truly phenomenal service.
The food came out surprisingly fast, and I was immediately impressed by the menu. The way they describe their steaks—with so much detail and pride—caught my attention, so I decided to go for their signature ribeye, cooked rare. It did not disappoint. The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—no toughness or stringiness like some other places. Just melt-in-your-mouth good.
The salad was huge, and their homemade jalapeño ranch deserves its own shoutout because it was that good. The baked potatoes were massive, especially compared to other steakhouses. I got the loaded baked potato, and it was delicious in every way.
Overall, the entire meal exceeded my expectations. Yes, the building itself is older and could use a few updates, but it was clean, comfortable, and the food and service were top-notch. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d definitely stop in again. Highly recommend.

Food was great. We ordered the sampler appetizer. Highly recommend. The fried onion was great with the ranch. Unfortunately my ribeye steak was slightly overcooked. I ordered it medium and id say it was well done. It had great flavor. I ordered a sweet potato and green beans for my sides. Fantastic! We showed up around 4pm and it wasn’t to busy at all. It was quite. People started to trickling in as we were leaving. The service was fast and friendly. For 2 steak dinners and an appetizer you are looking at about $70. It wasn’t overly priced for what you get. Parking was easy and restaurant was easy to pull in and out of.

We were greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant. It was a nice, cozy visit. We enjoyed our rolls while waiting on our main course. Our food arrived in great timing. Everything was delicious! Our waiter was attentive! I look forward to visiting again!

Jess L was our server. She was super sweet! I ordered all the vegetables: asparagus, green beans, steamed broccoli, and a baked potato. The asparagus was the tenderest with great flavor! The broccoli was tender and delicious. The baked potato was perfect! My plate was huge!

It was my first time here and read the reviews, some good and some bad, I wasn’t impress with the food. It wasn’t what I expected. I was expecting close to at least a Texas Roadhouse but it wasn’t close. The place is a bit out dated but the servicer did check on us periodically and answered questions I had bout the menu. I don’t be coming back here. I ordered the bulk of Brazo which was pretty much a burger patty with some onions, mushroom and cheese on top, served with gravy and two sides. The Mac and cheese was flavorless. My bf ordered the Texas Sampler which had ribs, breaded shrimp, breaded chicken and he got fried okra as a side. Honestly wasn’t good. The best part of dinner was the rolls we had.

We had Alyssa as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. I’m very indecisive and she helped me pick what to get. Our drinks never got empty. The fried pickles alone would make me go back. I would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

Been here many times lately. Could use some cleaning and paint for sure. Staff is usually very friendly. Food is hit or miss depending on who’s cooking. Ordered my steak medium well and it was well done but still pretty tasty and I ate every bite. A little over cooked on the outside but still delicious. Potato soup is great as well as the loaded baked potato. Cheese fries are on point! Side salad is good as well with typical ingredients. Dressing isn’t watered down. The atmosphere is nothing to brag about. Be sure and sign up for Texas rewards to earn $5 off here and there!

Steaks had good flavor BUT I ordered the signature 12oz ribeye medium cooked come out well done 1/4 inch thick look like fajita steak and it was half fat very disappointed. My husband ordered the 20oz bone in cooked right medium and was thick no complaint. The only reason I didn’t send mine back we waited about 30 min for our food and I didn’t want to send it back and wait another 30min. We were also told when we went in to request a booth in the bar area said it was a 15min wait period due to kitchen shortage so I asked about booth in normal dining area same thing. We only had to wait 5 min but I’m a little confused of why we couldn’t get booth in bar area when they could have made money with drinks???
