I ordered a Grinch meal, the girl at the drive thru asked which one and I told her. When they gave me the food, it was just the meal and not the Grinch meal. The woman at the window stated they ran out. But yet they did not provide the information that they had ran out when I ordered or I would have never purchased it. To add to it I told the woman I wanted buffalo sauce and ranch, when I got to my office there was only ranch. Very disappointed

Ok so now this the second time yall got my order wrong. I ordered my chicken sandwich with extra mayo and cheese…when I get all the way home its pickle and mustard on it…yuck!!!! So now when I order i will sit in the drive thru and check my food before I even pull off. And stop being stingy with the ketchup packets.

Came here and dined in. I had a sweet tea lemonade drink. Asked for a refill and the manager said she cannot refill lemonade, but can give me sweet tea. HUH? I PAID for a sweet tea lemonade mix with my meal. Why can’t I get a refill of lemonade? When did that even become a rule? May as well not even sell it at this location. Every location does a refill.

I have been to this location before and had no problems, but I just left from there about 30 minutes ago and everything about this place was horrible except the lady in the 2nd window. The Spanish manager whom I never even saw was THE WORST. When I pulled to the intercom to order, she had her headset on…im assuming by accident because you could hear her moving around, but she never said anything.. no greeting, no what can I get you…nothing. so I pulled to the window and let them know I had stopped and nobody ever said anything. I drove around again and pulled to the intercom and again nothing. The lady who was working the 2nd window was AMAZING. She was asking her manager fir help and the women never came to help her. I was tied that the manager was cleaning. ok, so you can still take orders. My food came out cold as hell and my burger was nit made the way I ordered it. A manager should be setting a good example for other employees, not ignoring the drive thru and nit helping you when you ask for help. I literally saw at least 10 cars drive off because they didn’t receive any service.

I usually have good overall experience here. But the black coffee I had here the past two days tasted like hazelnut flavored. Are local managers/employees allowed to switch from the standard flavor? I don’t like to be served a coffee flavor that I didn’t order.

I stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick restroom break and was pleasantly surprised by how spotless the restroom was! It was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space clean and well-maintained. Everything was stocked, and it smelled fresh. Definitely one of the cleanest fast food restrooms I’ve ever used—thank you for the great experience!

Ordered to eat inside and I was served cold French fries and a cold quarter pounder, the cheese wouldn’t even melt. It’s sad that they are serving this quality of food even when you dine in can you image when you get it to go? I’ve also have had bad to go food!

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I walked to the drive-thru around 11:30 PM because I was staying at a nearby motel and didn’t have a car. It was very cold outside, and I was just trying to get some food. The man at the window refused to take my order and spoke to me very rudely. I understand if there’s a policy against serving walk-ups, but he could have at least explained it politely or offered an alternative. Instead, I was left out in the cold, treated with disrespect, and given no help at all. No respect, no effort to help. Terrible customer service.

Since this is off the highway. Unfortunately, this is a very busy McDonald’s, but I have not had a negative experience. Sometimes there is a wait for a certain food, which is reasonable or just a wait in line, but I’ve never had an experience that was negative with any of the staff. They’re always more than kind.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Ordered 4 burgers and they got the order wrong 3 times. No one except the person in the lobby could apeak english and it was so frustrating. The manager seen what was happening and just sat there playing on her computer. Will never visit this one again and the lobby lady was rude from start she literally was just throwing orders on the counter.
