I love technology but I don’t like their screens. I like giving my order to somebody. Call me old school. But the screens are cold and could definitely be improved for ease of use. I ended up leaving instead of ordering anything because the coffee offerings on the screen weren’t what I was looking for and it wasn’t clear how the cream was going to be handled if I was going to add it or if they were and no one was offering to help me so I just left. Just don’t care for the screens in McDonald’s.

Customers shouldn’t be worried about having a burger brought to them with a piece of plastic/paper inside…. 1st time came without half of the ingredients, the 2nd time with a piece of plastic film in between cheese and beef. The restaurant is also full of flies.

AC and I visited this place this past weekend for dinner and it was quite delicious. There’s a comfortable atmosphere, we were served quickly and my meal was hot. I’m waiting for out of five stars because the seating was a little bit uncomfortable because it felt like there was no cushion and I asked for no pickles on my burger and received a burger with no pickles or onions.

I’ve never been inside. Mostly, I’m just getting a snack or a coffee so I use the drive-through. The drive-through is bound to congestion most of the time due to the unusually small parking lot. Most think it is dimmable to grab something quick since it’s near a shopping center. Parking there a nightmare. If you exercise patience, you’ll be through the McDonald’s line fairly quickly.

10.16.2025 @ 4:50p. Went in the dining room and kiosk said drinks were unavailable so I stood in line to order. Gentleman behind the counter took my order with zero enthusiasm. I ordered a Big Mac meal with a Coke, that’s it. While waiting over 15 minutes for my meal I observed the cashier go in the kitchen and eat food while I waited. I finally asked him where my order was and he went over and bagged up my order. Never washed his hands before handling my food and was also seen on his phone. That is disgusting and terrible customer service!!!

*It’s a very small one and Cameras too were you dine in and eat your food there. I don’t Eat Mcds Food but I like the Frappe or Smoothie. The Cashier very Nice and Professional and Mcfrappe is Good too thx.

Asked for no pickles on my order. Got pickles anyways. I asked for Mac sauce on my burger. Paid for Mac sauce on my burger. Received zero Mac sauce on my burger. The morning crew needs an attitude adjustment. We understand you’re upset you work at McDonald’s but at least put on a fake smile and be friendly.

Stopped here to dine in with my dad. Great service, hot food. Older woman brought us our food to the table which was amazing. Super friendly and caring. Overall best McDonald’s experience I’ve had
