My family was seated quickly upon entry and Emma was assigned as our waitress. Emma was so attentive to our needs and I love that she constantly checked in on us! She kept us updated on our food status and she was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend asking for Emma if you visit! Our food was delicious and hot! Do not believe the negative reviews on the staff and I can only vouch for their breakfast items being great.

made contact with the teal shirt heavy set lady SEVERAL TIMES and she REFUSED to help me or know why i was there. Called every other person but mine. there had to be another worker that asked me for my pick up order name. If you don’t want to treat everyone fairly DONT WORK AT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED JOB. let her go and hire someone that wants to be there.

We went in around 530pm on a Tuesday. Was no wait for a table great friendly service and the food was very good!!! I had the fish and shrimp, husband has steak tips, and my son went with waffle breakfast, everything was very good except for the sweet tea. Go, enjoy!!!

Leaving the establishment as one reads. Waitresses not accommodating. Watched the those chat on the back, ask if other customers were okay, take plates away. Spoke with manager, received and apology but no action thereafter. Would have stayed if there was some action (didnt want the discount just food). Concerned.

The service was fine. I appreciated our waiter for trying his best but the people in the kitchen were making it very hard for him to please us. Ordered my girlfriend the chicken strips and they gave us 2 chicken patties cut in half. Then told us these were the new chicken strips when we asked why they looked like this. It was supposed to be 5 chicken strips anyways but what we got was 2 chicken patties cut in half. My waiter was trying his best and I thank him for that. My problem mainly came from the kitchen. They had an attitude with our waiter when we asked him to take it back to them. I’m very disappointed cause this place used to be so good. I don’t know what happened to it in the last few years

This IHOP is top notch! The manager does an awesome job, keeping everything in order and running right. The servers are all very nice. The cooks do a fantastic job, no matter what dish they cook.
