A very special thanks to Kayden J for providing exceptional customer service and the cook for providing food that was almost too pretty to eat. I went to two locations on 1/4/26. The restaurant was extremely dirty at the first one and the food was not edible. When I arrived at this location, Kayden went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met with a smile. I can’t thank Kayden enough for everything!!!!

The food was great! I asked for a burger with bacon cooked well…it was what I asked for. The food was hot and good. I always look at the floor before sitting at a booth. The entire restaurant floor was spotless. I will return.

I was having issues ordering online. It took me almost 45 mins to finally order after the site kept restarting when I tried to checkout. Finally when I did, I noticed it changed my order from delivery to pickup. Issue was, I didn’t have a way to pick it up. I immediately called and was almost in tears because of how frustrated I was.

Then a sweet angel name Abdi responded to my call and reassured me that he’d take care of it. He offered to deliver the food himself. All I could think was thank God for his kindness. Abdi, thank you for going above and beyond!!!!

The service was excellent. Our server was the best. She went the extra mile to make us feel special. Even though the place was packed we didnt wait too long for our order. Food was delicious, it was our first time at this location.

We got seated pretty quickly but had to wait a bit to order. We didn’t get our drink order in before they came around by then we were ready to order. That was really the only knock. The server also didn’t acknowledge my daughter when she thanked her. Other than that the food was fine.

I bring my parents to this location very often for breakfast. They tend to also visit for dinner due to the location. The food is always hot and fresh. We are always greeted nicely as soon as we walk in. The staff goes above and beyond especially Chikwonna, she’s so caring always asks how everybody’s doing and is just very delightful and provides great service. She’s been taking care of my parents prior to me bringing them for a long time she’s just great we are so appreciative of her.

I recently. Had the displeasure of eating here a day ago with my husband and was served by an obviosly new waitress. We waited several minutes for her to even say hello and didn’t get our drinks until after anorher server dropped off our food. Food was just okay, it wasn’t worth waiting nearly 30 minutes for. I could have made both our meals myself in half the time it took to come out, I imagine it must have been done for a while before it got to us because my eggs were VERY hard and were crayon yellow. Again it was not even our waitress who brought the food out, we never saw her again after she asked for our drinks. We wouldn’t know if she’s a lovely young lady or had a good personality, because she simply never helped us and walked by over and over. That in itself very rude and unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed to deem her trained enough to be on her own. We would understand if she had someone with her to explain if she’s new. If this is the quality of the waiters employed here we wil just eat somewhere else.

They suggested a refund due to the extra long wait on Christmas Day for an online order. They called 2 days later to confirm the information for refund. Weeks later there was still no refund. I called 3 times; everytime I called, they took note the order number, the order date, the amount, and personal information… and still no refund. They ended telling me that I have to go to the restaurant in person to get the refund.

Took my Grandson out for Breakfast 13/31/2025 It was his birthday. I was really surprised how we were treated by the waitress her dementour was uncaring it showed all in her face another couple came in and they were Caucasian she was laughing and talking. I just looked and said shame on her.We all are people and deserve to be treated with respect . I notice most of them were the same nationality.This is not about where you came from or who you are we are all supposed to be treated with respect. Don’t take my word for this review go there and see for yourself. And at the end explain to the waitress or anyone who serves you why your not giving a tip let them know if there service is acceptable or unacceptable and hopefully it teaches them to be a better person for all who coming there.

I remember couple years ago meeting the Wond General Manager Mr. Bobby he helped me with a Chapter School in Charlotte. They Hispanic staff was very loving and smiled all the time. It was a hostess there ago his name in Raul Quiros Alfaro. He knows hospitality very well I highly recommend this yummy restaurant !❤️
