Tonight was definitely an experience to remember. We came in for dinner, our waitress took our order and it went downhill from there. Our waitress was clearly on something. She introduced herself twice like she’d hadn’t done so already. Then she reintroduced her self again because she claimed I wasn’t’ there when she told us her name.She never brought our drinks, she took our order 4 different times; everytime with a different excuse about not remembering the order we watched to write down. And she still brought us the wrong food. We finally were given another waitress but the previous waitress kept coming back to the table trying to explain why she was she was making so many mistakes. The seafood was horrible. No flavor just spicy. The corn was undercooked, the potatoes tasted like water. The only thing enjoyable was the sesame soy salmon bowl. Our meal was discounted because of all this but the fact that they continued to allow the waitress to have tables was crazy. Never returning this location again.

3 years ago, I gave this location 2 stars. I went yesterday, using the gift card that they gave me 3 years ago due to my poor experience. I’m happy to say that I was completely satisfied. Could it have been because, even though it was a payday Friday evening, there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and even fewer tables filled inside? Maybe, but they were on point. My ultimate feast, which has nearly doubled in price since my last visit, was excellent. The lobster was cooked well, the blackened salmon was good, fried shrimp was good, as was the Scampi. The biscuits were good as usual. Everything came out hot and fresh. I had no complaints. Again, this was on a night when there were virtually no other customers in sight when I got up to leave and there was still an hour left before closing. Nevertheless, I saw what they were capable of, so there’s definitely hope for the future.

We visited Red Lobster tonight for Valentine’s Day with my husband and our two boys, and I just wanted to say how impressed we were. There was an issue with the online reservation system, so many reservations didn’t come through, but the staff truly did the best they could to get everyone seated as quickly as possible.
You could tell the team was overwhelmed, yet every employee kept a smile and stayed kind and professional. Our waitress was wonderful and did an amazing job on such a busy night.

Our waitress, Amanda, was one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was excellent & came out to our table hot & tasted delicious. Amanda answered all our questions about menu selections, sides, sauces, etc. with patience & kindness. My friend & I will definitely return to eat at this Red Lobster. My hope is, when we do, we will get Amanda as our server once again!

My husband and I went here for Valentine’s Day and had the most wonderful lunch experience. Our server was Amanda and she was such a delight. She was so sweet and attentive, we could not have asked for better care. We were also checked on by Serenity and she was kind, inviting, and made me laugh ☺️. Daughter took me for a birthday lunch on Friday, 1/10/25. Service was friendly, but so slow. Clam Chowder had grit in it, and wasn’t very good. Lobster Bisqe was not hot, and very sweet. Salads were big and nice – for the exception on the very large red onions. Coconut Shrimp wasn’t hot. Firecracker Shrimp was tasty. The Calamari tasted like frozen and one of the sauces tasted like chemicals. Biscuits were delish though. Not sure what has happened to Red Lobster. It used to be special, now it’s just okay.

10/10!!! My family of 5 reserved dinner on Christmas day and when we arrived, we were greeted and escorted to our table. Paige came to let us know that our server was with another party but she would take our drink orders so we wouldn’t have to wait. That was the vibe of the entire dining experience. Paige became our permenant server and the service was great! Some items took longer than others, but we understood it was a holiday and everything was well communicated to us. Would definitely recommend!

Showed up at 7 on a Sunday well before closing. The restaurant was mostly empty. A women in a hoodie told us it would be an hour wait or longer before we could get a seat. We walked across the parking lot to TGI Fridays and got a seat right away. This is my first experience with Red Lobster and I am bit shocked they are doing so well they can turn away business with a empty restaurant.
