Our server Michaela was amazing! She really turned our experience around when she arrived at our table.
The 2 teen hosts at the front clearly dont know what they are doing. One was to busy popping a pimple on the others back to pay attention to those around her staring in shocked horror.
But after we finally got seated and we’re sitting at our table debating weather we should walk out, staring at a drink menu with no prices listed, Michaela showed up like a super hero She handled everything with humor and energy She brought us our coffee promptly, took our orders, entertaining our small son as she did so. They are obviously understaffed as are most things lately. But you wouldnt know it with the grace and extra napkins brought to us by Michaela. I am terrible with names so I asked her what her name was 3 times and she never seemed bothered or annoyed. We rarely have service this exceptional.
The eggs were fluffy and delicious. My husband ordered the 3 car pile up which comes with practically every breakfast food, piled up high. He said it was perfect.

We LOVE this place… both before and after the ownership changed hands awhile back. They just know how to put out a great meal! The food quality, preparation, and portion sizes are absolutely perfect. The prices are exceptional & reasonable for what you’re served; especially for the delicious meal they always put out. The service cannot be beat… every single member of the staff (I haven’t met a “bum” in the lot) are eager to make your dining experience a pleasant one. They’re courteous, and professional. We always seem to leave there (no matter the time of day) in a much lighter mood than when we’d arrived. Just a really nice place to go for a truly home-cooked, hometown sort of meal.

I went on a Monday morning. It was pretty chill. There were plenty of employees in the room, but none looked up once I walked in, nor greeted me. An employee saw me from across the room and walked over to get me a seat. Coffee was good. I ordered a veggie omelet with hashbrowns and wheat toast. Toast was too generously covered in butter and little to burnt for my taste. Hashbrowns were toasted well. Omelet was cooked well, but taste was mid.

Decided to stop here for lunch with my little one. She decided to choose my drink, so the waitress helped her pick! It was so cute! I had a cappuccino and it was delicious! Lunch (breakfast) was so good! Definitely coming back!

Every time we come here we are never disappointed! Food is here is soo good. Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict and Country Fried Chicken. Kylie does such a great job and remembers our regular orders by heart. She’s so attentive!! All the girls here are awesome!!! Also you can go on yelp and get in line online which is nice.

First time visiting the big biscuit and it did not disappoint! Absolutely loved it. Our waiters were Hannah and jacob (trainee) and they were so nice and kind. I Absolutely loved how Hannah interacted with my 14 year old son. She joke and laughed with him. Ment the world to me. The food didn’t take long to make. They made my sons scrambled eggs and bacon to his liking. I had the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. The sauce wasn’t broken. It is very rich. Little too rich for me but it was still delicious. The eggs were perfect yoke. The potatoes are cooked all the way with a little crispy edges and seasoned great. We also had the pleasure to try their sticky buns which…OMG so good! If I could I would give all this experience more than 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back.

Walking in we were greeted by a wonderful and cheerful hostess by the name of Vera who held the door open for us, who had a smile for days. We were sat at Ambers table and let me tell you our waitress was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in on us regularly—her warm personality truly enhanced our meal! Let’s just say we’ll be back with that amazing customer service!!!

…so it was worth the wait I would say.
We were compensated and very well taken care of by multiple staff.
We came in starving and instantly ready to order, which also did not happen due to how busy the server was was, but we DID leave happy , full, and too impressed/satisfied to say it was a big deal to have to wait for our food so long.
