Wow, wow, wow! Now THIS is a place you’re gonna want to eat at! My fiancé has a sesame and a peanut allergy and we were having a hard time finding a place to eat in Chinatown. We spotted their roasted duck in the window and started to drool. Asked if it was allergen free, and it was! We also got a side of rice and a complimentary pot of tea that never got overly bitter. When the duck came out… the fat was liquid gold!!! And the duck was chock full of it! Not to mention the skin was so delicious, and the seasoning was so good we didn’t need to use any sauce. If you don’t have a sesame allergy, a worker there recommended to try their sesame sauce to dip the duck in. That’s another point: the workers. The workers were friendly and made sure we had allergen free food and they keep the restaurant nice and clean. I would highly recommend you try this place!

The duck bun was fantastic ended up ordering two. The sticky rice was just ok. The soup was very flavorful and the pork buns were good also. Service was pretty good, we arrived during lunch time and it was pretty full. I would come back for the steam buns and the duck for sure . Oh and the mango pudding was yummy my preference was without the milk

Came here to avoid the rushes in other restaurants during the Chinatown parade and this spot was emptier. We got the pecking duck, shrimp dumplings, chive dumplings, turnip cake, bbq pork bun and sesame balls. The duck was cold and threw us off and if it had been warm it may have been better. The dumplings were not flavorful at all and probably the worst dumplings I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The turnip cake was okay, could have done with some more seasonings or something. The bbq pork buns and sesame balls were actually really good. Aside from that, totally skipping this place and would not recommend it as a spot for others.

Delicious food for a good price! I’m surprised at how much our bill was because we were a pretty decent-sized group and our bill was still not that bad. They have a good amount of selection from the menu and we did order a few different things. My favorites were the roasted pork belly and BBQ pork belly as they were very delicious. Just know that they don’t have fountain drinks and their sodas are in cans so just a little heads up if you do dine-in. Will definitely give the other things listed in the menu a try when I come back again as they all just sound very good!

I like their roast pork belly, roasted duck, char siu (bbq pork) over rice. I like the crispy roasted duck on the bun as well. Portion of the rice is smaller compared to other restaurant but is enough for me. Normally I carry out but my girls are starving so we dine in. Do not have good expectation for dine in services cause really none. I am mainly look for the food, so, is ok for me to dine in once in a while.

I like their combo rice meal, $13 you get a lot of white rice, hot soup and 3 choices of meat. It is enough to fill you up even if you need large servings. I had 2 type of chicken and BBQ pork. Also I ordered 5lb of roast pork belly to take home.
Everything is very flavorful, meat is marinated well. Very standard for Chinese bbq .The setup is what you typically see in HK
I do wish they have leaner cut of pork, because pork belly taste oily after you reheat them in the oven.

I should have walked away when they said “white people don’t normally eat here”. But the place was empty on a Saturday night. Do not eat here, the bad reviews aren’t kidding. I was given the wrong order of sad food. The roasted duck skin was rubbery and cold. The pork was the wrong type even after they double checked with me. The “chive” dumplings were mostly shrimp when it didn’t mention meat. $7 for 3 ripped reheated dumpling is high even for Chicago. I asked for dine-in, but the to go boxes were useful for leaving after a few bites.

Love this place! I went there so many times. I always bring my friends there. The food was great that’s why I keep coming. The staff were good sometimes (if they are in the good mood). However, I am still coming back for the food !
