This is a wonderful shop with fantastic food and friendly staff. I visited for the first time when I was house hunting in the area and was immediately charmed by everything.
The biscuits are the best in New England, I’m confident to say that freely. The bacon is the thickest cut I’ve ever seen, seriously astounding. The coffee is great, and a big plus for me is they have a large carafe of water to fill your cup freely. I didn’t even realize they made cookies, but they do and they are both delicious and quite large. Definitely made for sharing.
The staff is always so friendly. Recently there was a small, entirely understandable wait for my order and they apologized quite sincerely for something that wasn’t a big issue. As a customer service trainer, I was impressed by such professionalism and care.
The only thing I’d recommend is be prepared to carry out your order if possible. It’s a very small space so eating in isn’t always viable, but that really does add to the charm.

Stopped by on the way to new york and had the best breakfast: Delicious, hearty buiscuit sandwiches. Their thick cut bacon is to die for and I loved their hash browns. Get the Nola Cold Brew if you love a sugary coffee.
We got there around 9 AM on a sat and it was already pretty busy but we were able to snag a table. However it quickly filled up and most people were getting their food to go.

Irregardless Biscuit has some of the best biscuits i’ve ever had, no question. My first love was the hot honey chicken biscuit sandwich, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the hot honey. Seconded by Howard’s Bacon biscuit, both straight-up comfort food done right. The strawberry biscuit is a must if you’re in the mood for something sweet, the NOLA iced coffee is smooth and pairs perfectly with everything, and the toffee cookies are pretty bomb. Phenomenal biscuits all around.

The food was amazing. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of hash browns. The biscuit was phenomenal – so crumbly and moist! The sausage and egg was cooked perfectly, and the hash brown was crispy without being burnt or oily.

Small shop for excellent biscuits and biscuit sandwiches. My wife found this place on Google, and since we were planning on being close by over the weekend, we had to drop in – glad we did. The biscuits are great – fresh, light, and buttery. The chicken is also noteworthy. I got the chicken and sausage gravy, which was excellent. The sausage gravy was well balanced, not overly thick or too creamy, with plenty of sausage. My wife had the hot honey chicken and she enjoyed hers as well. We would recommend Irregardless for sure.

Texas guy here with affinity for biscuits, the food is nothing short of phenomenal, if in the area you absolutely must seek out. The gravy is to die for. The Nola cold brew is the perfect sweet balance with the savory breakfast. Only negative for me is the limited seating, there’s like 3 tables and it’s elbow to elbow on a weekend morning, very tight space, need to have a window system for carry out.

Went on a Friday and got there about 8:45 am and was about 20 people in line. When the doors opened it didn’t take long maybe 10-15 more minutes. I ordered the egg and cheese and Maple Fennel Chicken Sausage, Egg.
& Cheese. I also ordered a cold brew coffee. The sandwiches were great and so was the coffee. I then ordered a 3rd biscuit with sausage gravy and that was also very good. I will definitely go back and try some more biscuits sandwiches. On Friday I feel like they should open earlier probably would be better for business, maybe 7am but I’m sure they will figure it out what’s best. I also tried a cookie which was delicious.

We had Irregardless Biscuit cater our brunch this weekend and WOW—absolutely incredible! The Howard sandwich was everything—savory, satisfying, and perfectly cooked. That maple bacon? Insane. Sweet, smoky, and totally addictive. And the marshmallow hot coco cookies… next-level delicious. Every item was wrapped individually, arrived hot, and clearly made with care. Thank you so much for making our event unforgettable! Let’s not forget that the suggestions Joe made were spot on perfection!!!
