Upon ordering, i could tell the amount of passion the owner has for his sandwich! You could taste the care and love he placed into every single sandwich. Haven’t tasted the other famous sandwiches around yet, but this itself might be the best sandwich i have ever had! It’s fluffy, the bread is cruncy and pillowy, warm as well. All made with only fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked bread, fresh and local ingredients, and an extensive menu. Don’t be afraid to ask for suggestions. It gets busy during lunch and there is only a walk up window, but still a much better experience than some of the tourist traps around town with lines down the block.

The most incredible sandwich I’ve ever tasted. We got the salami and cheese sandwich with onion cream? It was amazing. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we received the sandwich promptly. It’s well priced and you can tell the ingredients used are of a high quality.

Surprisingly a much better sandwich than I thought.
After trying many of them, I think this is the most balanced sandwich in term of flavor profiles (maybe because I’m Asian). I don’t like too salty so I think SandwiChic hit a spot.
The team are super nice.
I came at 11am with no lines but apparently if you come later, there will be a bit of a line.
Value for money, I’m in.

Bought 2 sandwiches to take away. There’s no seats and no queue then, however the waiting was still around 15 minutes! The sandwiches was good! Perfectly for train ride

Simply, a great place for having a great bite and nicely prepared fresh sandwich, many of them as much as your imagination can drive your taste.
This shop offers numerous selections and am sure one or more will meet your satisfaction and comply with your liking.
I like to thank the attendant person who’s taking care of the customers’ selection and to the person behind the counter who is making those great sandwiches ready to enjoy.
As it appears, it’s a relatively small shop but great in capability and offering large selections.
A big advantage is the reasonable waiting or queue (sometimes none, if coming early).

Great sandwiches. I prefer The truffle cheese ham. The owner suggest pecorino which i did not find it to be nice based on my asian palate

the whole experience was perfect!!!!!! the server is extremely nice and welcoming, with great recommendations and very understanding demeanor for tourists (who might not know too well about Italian cuisine!) the sandwich is really good too, we got the 1st selection on the displayed menu (with the cheese made only in florence) and something with truffle cream, ham, and sun-dried tomato!! both are good but i recommend the first one, it is a best seller for a reason!!
all in all, definitely 1 of my most memorable experience in Italy and will come back if possible

You haven’t had a sandwich until you’ve eaten here. Not only is the store in a great location and the service beyond amazing but the sandwiches. Oh the sandwiches. I never knew it was possible for meat cheese and bread to reach a level such as this. Not only the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had but one of the best food items I’ve ever eaten. Genuinely changed my perspective on a quality sammie.
