Excellent service. Food was delivered quickly but it was also obvious that it was made fresh when we ordered it. Went in about 12:15 on an away game Saturday & didn’t have to wait. Had OU been at home, I’m sure the place would have been packed to capacity with a line waiting.

Staff is polite and good with service. Being a chain, you know what you’re going to get and this is one of the few chain restaurants that does it well and has a solid set up IMO.
Food quality is consistent and flavorful, always served hot and extra brought out without issue.

Service was super quick this evening. We were immediately sat and our waiter Zack took care of us. He was friendly and had great service. I ordered the shroom burger and my boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger. We both ordered with no pink. My burger was juicy and sides are bottomless. We both got fries and added their seasoning on the table. Really good with the ranch as well. I would recommend here for a solid burger. I also really like the funky decorations inside, adds character.

Food was really good, been there 5 times and only once food wasn’t 100% and that was cause they brought out burnt soggy chips. Other than that it was amazing. This last time got a new server and he was anxious but got through it, answered questions with confidence and double checked everything. (Needs more training on the electronics tho.).

Went here because my daughter loves this place. She’s constantly asking to go to red robins (we went to a buffet for Thanksgiving dinner, after that she got into the car and got super excited that we were going to go to red robins…..we did take her but not that night). All that being said haven’t got something that we haven’t liked and I have been to a few different locations for red robins. Good food,free balloons for the kids and helpful staff(including the manager, waitress had another huge party to get taken care of so the manager came out and made sure everyone was taken care of)

***Updated Review*** I ate here again last week, added a Long Island ice tea to my usual and will admit it was really delicious. I had my usual which was the whiskey river bbq chicken sandwich, this time it was on point. So good!! I did wait at the bar for a while without being approached, so I went to the host and asked her to seat me at a table. The manager there is always so nice and friendly. My food came out fast, fresh, and the food was phenomenal this time. So I will be changing my rating on the food section to 5 stars instead of 4. I am also attaching some photos.
***Old Review***I love this place, however it seems they have changed their food style or the way they cook. Their chicken used to be amazing, and now it just taste rubbery. On the other hand their burgers are to die for, absolutely amazing, and the jalepeno chips as a side instead of fries, well trust me order them and then thank me later.

Dec 7th 2025. The wife and i eat gluten free. We always get the gf burgers. I am 70 years old, these are the best gf burgers we’ve ever eaten. Jeffery and manny, the managers completely understand customer service. Great service. Olivia our server was awesome. Thank you we will return
