I had a #8 chicken sandwich with a large chocolate Frosty. The sandwich was great chicken was hot, lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh. Fryes were hot and tasty. My only thing is the frosty. It was thick and tasty, very chocolaty. They gave me a standard straw, that collapsed with every sip. I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me and had to wait nearly 2 hours for it to melt enough to drink. What happened to spoons.. everyone wants a spoon to enjoy the best chocolate Frosty on the planet. Getting a straw that collapsed is a bad idea.

Come in for my lunch brake. Gal at the register was rude, impatient and absolutely disrespectful. She refused to refund a customer after informing the customer she could not forfil the order. She was very rude when taking my order. I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received today. She was swaring and rolling her eyes at me. It was obvious she didnt want to be there. Corporate needs to step in and straighten out the staff at this location!

I ordered through the app about 10 minutes ago. A Jr bacon and fries. I pulled into the drive thru within a few minutes. I usually don’t complain, but my first bite into the sandwich revealed a cold burger. I might as well have ordered a cold cut from Jimmy Johns. And it ruined my whole appetite. You might want to check the temps on your patty warmers.

I stopped in about 7 pm, October 13. There was 2 guys that didn’t seem to give a shit about me being there. I immediately decided I didn’t want to order at that time. I asked to be let into the restroom to wash my hands. I came out and one of the guys was laying his head on the counter like he didn’t want to deal with a walk in. He asked for my order. I told him I’ll take my business down to Del Taco. He didn’t seem to care. I’ve been in this store several time’s during the day shift and had great service and quality meals. Your night shift sucks. I’m sorry. I get the feeling that I was profiled because I had a backpack on. I work hard at a job full time. No car. I get around on the bus. I’m not a homeless bum.

Went there for my birthday freebie with purchase which I did through the app. I brought my son with me who ordered via online. We were both in the car. Anyhow, after explaining I’m here to pickup my mobile order and my sons. After we got to the drive thru pick up window, the girl automatically was sassy. She said my son has to physically go inside the store to pick his up even tho we were both in the car. It’s the sassy part that was annoying about the situation.
Anyhow, I go again a few days later because I wanted to get another freebie i had as an offer on the app. Well, it’s now a different girl and she was just as bad as the other girl.
I’m rating one star because positive customer service should be number one in any customer service job.
Teach these workers that customer service will go a long way. I won’t be returning at this particular store in case I decide to maybe eat at Wendy’s in the future.

Stop by last night at around 9 PM to get some late dinner for me and my family. The drive-through guy was very rude and impatient. He did not tell us our order total or confirm our order until getting to the window where he told me the order total and after paying, I never received a receipt. No way to confirm if I was charged the right amount or not also, the food looks like it was thrown together by a child. I will not be back at this location nor what I recommended to anyone.

Behold matey’s – Wendy’s Krabby Patty meal! Had to jump on the band wagon, and gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! Fries were crisp and perfectly seasoned, and the burger was delicious (especially the sauce). Maybe Wendy’s does know the Krabby Patty secret formula after all.

Good food but how the hell you ALWAYS miss the sauce? It’s not that hard!! I always am coming here for nugs and fries but i keep being scammed out of my sauces! I even went today to go get my usual and I saw my barbecue sauce in the bag thinking I was fine. But come to find out it was just one of those and some other mystery sauce I’ve never heard of! And this isn’t just a one off experience this happens every week for me for the past month or so. Please check our orders for the right sauce. There’s no freaking way that I’m the only one having this issue.
