To preface this, I have been avoiding this store for about six months due to prior issues with poor services and inaccurate orders.
I was duped into ordering from this place on DD over the weekend. They had themselves listed under a storefront name, NOT BWW so I didn’t actually know who I was ordering from and thought a new place opened up over at The Streets. I live 0.2 miles away and had I not had a sleeping kid, I would have just driven over, found this information out for myself and went somewhere else but alas… there I was.
We placed our order and things seem ok. Dasher arrived at the restaurant about 15 mins after the order was placed and sends a message that they were waiting on the food. Great. Until it wasn’t. The delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. Honestly, I’ve never had such a patient dasher before. This poor person waited and waited. 20 mins. 30 mins. 40 mins. That’s right. Waiting in the lobby for the food for 40 MINUTES before we became a bit concerned. The dasher was updating me via the app, letting me know they were still waiting. This was when I found out that it was BWW. I looked up the number to call the store and realized who I had ordered from. I called the store and no one answered. They were definitely hanging up the line to avoid talking to anyone. I tried calling multiple times, sometimes they would disconnect after 1-2 rings, sometimes more than that and sometimes it would ring for a full minute before I would just give up and hang up. Once we reached the 50 min mark of waiting and about 10 mins of me trying to call to no avail, I ended up having to cancel the order so everyone could move on with their night and we could get something else to eat.
I did submit a feedback form on the BWW website as this store is extremely problematic and I find it predatory that they are even on DD when they can’t even get to go orders out properly using their OWN app. I detailed the experience, the wait, the refusal of staff to answer the phone and the response I received back floored me: they told me to contact DD if I was unhappy with my order.
Absolutely reprehensible. This was not a DD issue, it was 100% a BWW issue. This store should NOT be on the app and honestly, shouldn’t even be open. I hope corporate seriously looks into this franchisee and how they are choosing to run this store and soil their name.

Sergio was an absolutely outstanding server. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. He took the time to explain the Pick 6 and other great deals they had going on, which we really appreciated. I was dining with my kids, and he attended to us so well—patient, kind, and very attentive. Even though the restaurant was packed, he checked in on us often, kept our drinks refilled, and brought us extra napkins without us even having to ask. Sergio is incredibly thoughtful and caring, and it truly shows that he gives his best even under pressure. He’s amazing with families and honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back because of him.

This is the second time I’ve received my wings without sauce, with a side of sauce, and 1 ranch dressing on the side for 10 wings. I didn’t review before, but if it costs a lot, give me more sauce or ranch—I can pay, just let me know because I live far and can’t come back.

Ate here on 6/7. Kitchen was amazing with the food! I asked if they still offer old items off the menu and one of the cooks said he’ll make it. Drink was good, but my server at 212 was alright. She was giving me a stink eye at me and my partner when I asked if they offer to make an old item, a Yes or No would have been nice, but she did went to go ask. I then asked for a straw for my drink, and she saif she would be back. She asked for drinks for another table, and another table and waved her hand at me signaling she would be back. I waited 20 minutes, then asked a different server and she gave it right away. Got our bill dropped off and asked for boxes, we waited 7 minutes, went up front instead. Host was helpful in finding our server for us to pay, as you cant pay up front.

I am a huge fan of b dubs. I enjoy their food, drinks and love the vibes that it brings out as a sports bar. But this particular one at Tanasbourne, I have had multiple experiences where the wait time to get a table was longer than usual. Not only that but it also took them really long for a waitress/waiter to attend us and to bring drinks and food. It feels like this place is always short staffed. I have no complaints with respect to food or drinks. For my vegetarian friends, I would like to recommend their black bean burger. It tasted good with their southwest ranch sauce. The staff were very friendly and welcoming but it can get loud with the music.

The server Sergio told us we had a wait 15 to 20 minutes for a new server to come on. Because they had one server and they were just sat 4 tables. Automatically tried to sit us in the bar. A manager came out as to us.How many we had and immediately sat us right away.
After we got our food in, he never came back to check on us. And then when our food did finally come out, the food was very good and the service continued to go downhill from there.He never checked almost never ah, ah, asked if we need a refill for anything I actually had to pour my water into my mom’s glass.So that she was able to have more and that got his attention where he finally came back and gave us refill
It’s one of the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I come from being a server. So I understand the frustration that it can be. I’ve never not tipped a server period but he wasn’t even worth 2 cent.

We arrived at the Tannasbourne location at 4:55pm today, and were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. The restaurant could not have been a 10th filled but the host said he had to rotate where he seated people, so as not to overwhelm the limited wait staff they had in place. This is outrageous for a chain location like this, so we just left. We were only a party of 2, so there must have been a better option than just letting us leave. We tried calling moments later to speak with the manager, and after 45 rings no one ever picked up. Obviously, they are not very customer focused.

Been years since I have had a meal here. I’m now vegetarian so I just never thought of eating here since that change. We ordered pre-order. Was made fast and well. Each item we ordered was better than I expected. Not too greasy, everything well cooked and seasoned.
For sure will be trying other items on thier menu.
