Staff were rude, impatient and we’re not helpful at all when they ran out of stock. Order took exceptionally long to be delivered. Waiting here while typing this review, each minute I wait I will update the review, just for fun.
Watching the three ladies pack the order is like watching 1st graders doing their version of the Nutcracker.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve been to this location well over 50 times and never had a bad experience. Just remember that they are short staffed a big amount of the time, which is a lot considering all the things the employees have to do and the vast menu that they have.

Ordered two drinks (Ocean Water and a flavored lemonade), peppercorn mayo burger, fried chicken sandwich, fries, tots, buffalo chicken dip bites, and two signature shakes (caramel & strawberry). All were great! Be advised that all signature shakes are vanilla ice cream with flavoring, and small fires/tots really are pretty small.

This is a sorry excuse for a BLT not very much bacon on the sandwich also the tomatoes should never have been put on a customers sandwich. They should’ve been gone in the garbage can! tater tots were hot and fresh. The grilled cheese was hot and fresh, and the drinks were as usual, good at sonic.

Somehow my expectations were a little high because this location is on 280, but the food on this day seemed to have been sitting for a while. The attached picture is supposed to be the breakfast toaster, but the egg is flat, dry and hard, like a coaster. The fries were also cold. Pretty terrible, I’ve never had food this terrible at any other Sonic location. I gave 2 stars because the young men that were working the window were very polite and well-spoken.

Food was VERY cold, drinks were very watery, was just not great on that side of things. Also, even though in the app it only gives you the option to use the red button at a lane, the guy working told me to go through the drive through? Never had that before, was kinda weird.

The pretzel had no salt or cheese dip when I requested cheese dip, my burger was stale. My burger had mustard in it with extra packets, when I requested no mustard. My coke tasted bad and did not have extra flavorings in it like I requested.

I want to leave an honest review , positive review. I also want others that order here to understand that places are short staffed still. And I’m thankful for those who work hard for very low pay. So based off the reviews, use the drive through. Be patient. This sonic definitely gets busy. MY EXPERIENCE was great, close to closing time, ordered through the app, pulled into a stall, got my order hot and quick. No issues.
Some of you people need to cook at home or hire a chef. Thank you for your work! I appreciate you sonic employees.
