came to wingstop last night (superbowl sunday) to pick up my order, it was the least to say EXTREMELY busy, which i think anyone would understand, but some people of course didn’t, the way the staff handled the madness, they definitely deserve their flowers. people are so entitled and the way some customers treated the workers because they were backed up was just very upsetting too see. thank you guys for your service!

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in my small town.

I ordered an expensive 8pc garlic Parmesan wing meal from here 1/18/2026. I paid damn near $16 dollars for wings that were overcooked, and neither wing had a LICK of salt and pepper. Totally tasteless!!! The garlic Parmesan flavoring is hands down the WORST I ever had, it had zero flavor and a weird white look on the wings. I mean easily the worst wings in orange City. And it’s funny because I never go to Wing Stop. I usually go to Chili’s or Zaxby’s. Do not go here y’all just go to another restaurant , or just better to cook at home

I placed an online order for a 10 piece of boneless wings and fries for a later time but i was very disappointed with my order. First off my fries were very cold when I got them even though I arrived at the exact time I stated on my order. Also not only were some of the wings small and not very hot (although not as cold as the fries) but I’m used to other locations giving out the bigger containers where there was additional sauce at the bottom. Half of my wings seemed to have very little sauce on them however. First time at this location but not sure if I’ll be coming back.

NASTY. If I could give this food 0 stars I would. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and plain wings and I wish I never did. The lemon pepper wings were nauseating. Biting into the wing was worse than chewing an actual lemon. I spit it out because I couldn’t chew it and I’m still having heartburn. The parmesan wings were caked in powdery seasoning and the plain wings were dry too. I’m so happy I ordered using Uber and asked for my money back. Never again, don’t waste your money.

Ordered delivery on a Wednesday afternoon. Everything I ordered came. Fries are burnt and taste awful because of it. Wings are SUPPOSED to be combination of flats and drumsticks but for the second time now I got 2 flats on a 20 wing order. I love Wingstop but I get their food to feel happy and satisfied and this is not it. Do better.
