Great steakhouse concept. You will get your steak on a hot lava plate for you to cook it the way you want it. Naturally the air is filled up with steak smell and sometimes burned condiments.
The staff was very friendly but the service was very slow. A colleague waited for 20 minutes for his beer and another one for 15 minutes for his second serving of fries.

Nice place to eat inside the hotel where we were staying, great steaks, very tasteful and a good service, our waiter Emanuel was a very friendly guy. No reason to search for a restaurant in the area when you can eat fantastic steaks here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dear Abacco’s Management Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my partner and I had during our dinner on Monday, 2nd February. This evening was meant to be a special birthday celebration, yet the service we received fell far below the standards we have previously experienced at your restaurant.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt dismissive and uninterested. We waited an unusually long time before anyone approached us for a drinks order, and unfortunately the service continued to deteriorate throughout the evening.
A particularly troubling moment occurred when my partner requested the 400g steak. The server responded with a dismissive look and suggested she order the 200g instead, as though she were incapable of choosing for herself. The tone and expression were rude and unnecessary, and I found myself having to intervene twice , once in German and once in English, simply to ensure her order was respected.
The issues did not end there. My partner’s meal arrived approximately 10 minutes before mine, with no explanation or apology. For a dinner for two, this was both awkward and unacceptable.
Finally, when it came time to pay, the same dismissive attitude resurfaced. My partner wished to pay as it was her birthday gift to me, yet the server reacted with another inappropriate look, as though surprised she would be the one settling the bill. This repeated pattern of behaviour was disrespectful and left us both extremely uncomfortable.
I want to emphasize that the food itself, particularly the steak, was excellent. However, the service overshadowed the entire evening and ultimately ruined what should have been a memorable birthday celebration.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as this experience was far below the level of professionalism and hospitality we expect from Abacco’s, especially given our previous positive visits.
I look forward to hearing how you intend to address this matter.

One of the best beef steaks I have ever had in Germany. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves steak.
