Once again and for the last time, burgers were crusty around the edges and they were ice cold. We live 5 minutes away. I understand not being hot, but these were old, and Bread hard like if they were in the microwave too long. If we are telling our people to warm up food so we don’t waste and save money is a bad business plan. Won’t be going back to that location. You can’t have people that don’t care!

Food is so high. Then they give you cold Krystal’s that’s been sitting in a toaster for hours. Ask for extra onion barely has onion and their brow like they been sitting in the sandwich 4 hours, the bread is toasty on the edges. People just don’t care anymore, they give you crappy food but charge a lot of mo eat for burgers you have to throw away. Not eatable. Why not cook fresh food or not make so many you can’t sell at ince. Customers deserve what they pay for .. fresh food, hot and fresh

I’ve been eating at Krystal for over 50 years and I have to say that the Burgers here are probably the very best. They had extra Mustard, Pickles, and Onions. Just the way I love it. And the staff were very polite and friendly. If you like Krystal, then you will love this joint. Kudos to this establishment.

Ok… we stop by Krystal’s every time we come home to Mobile from Texas… what happened to my Krystal burger??.. it has different meat!!…and no little onions!!. it tastes more processed,,more like soy..not meat… absolutely NASTY!!..have they changed their meat distributor?… changed the famous Krystal?? The kristals were so bad we couldn’t eat them. What really tucked was that we had it to go. We ate the hot fries first. Fries were great, but by the time we got to the Krystals. They were disgusting! We were miles down the road and weren’t going to turn around. They had no A/C, and I’m wondering if their freezers were down also.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST fast food experience ive ever had!! This was my first experience at Krystals. The food looked awful. The kitchen was nasty. Nasty is not a good word. It was filthy.The manager yelled at the employees from the office which was very unprofessional. When i requested some condiments more yelling ensued. I will never spend another dime here.The only good part was that the cashier was so sweet and patient.
