I usually when I visit this McDonald’s location my food is hot and fresh. Today wasn’t the case..i ordered 2 Big Macs/Fries and Chocolate Cookies. My sandwiches and fries were ice cold. The burgers look liked burnt soil meat… weird looking.
The yong employees had attitudes and just walking around doing nothing. You would think with so much time on their hands I would be greeted with a smile and hot food.

Yuk..staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was probably prepared perfectly. But the food itself is awful. Dont eat at McDonald’s. You’re better off eating tree bark and worms. I only went because I had a gift card. I gave the remainder balance of gift card away. I won’t ever eat that food again.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 2:30 am. There was another car at the other intercom. After 5 minutes, neither of us had been waited on. The other car stopped in front of the window and drove off. When I got to the window I was met by a young female. She informed me if I was with DoorDash. I told her no. I was then informed that they only took DoorDash between 1am and 3am. If that is the case then why isn’t this communicated on Google Maps or posted everywhere across the business?

Placed a mobile order for breakfast that was confirmed 10 minutes before we got there. Had to wait in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes. Got to the window at 10:31 and was denied the breakfast we had already paid for and that was confirmed by this business. The lady working also had an attitude. Beyond disappointed in this service and will not be going back to this establishment.

If extreme salt is your thing then make sure you go through the drive through window after 11:30 at night, the 4 large orders of fries had so much salt on them that they were inedible but given the time of year maybe we can put them around windows and doorways to keep the ghosts out, seriously – I’m pretty sure if I had attempted to eat them I’d be a ghost about now, there’s less salt in a salt lick than there were in the fries, kind of wondering if some employee didn’t get ticked off about a large order at 11:30 at night. Come to think of it maybe I should keep them until it snows.

The Caucasian manager is very rude and snippy, she hung up the phone when I told her we found MAGGOT EGGS in our NUGGETS. She proceeded to tell me I’m lying and that it was a joke when I came up there and she was ONCE AGAIN RUDE. I have pictures that are clearly maggot eggs, WHICHHHH she needs to do more research on what they look like. She felt no remorse after I told her I felt sick and how MY NEICES ATE majority of the nuggets. Then offered a 10 piece???!!!!!! I don’t want any more food from this location and will not be returning. The manager is very VERY unprofessional. I called cooperate to let them know and they WILL be listening to the phone call on how she was clearly RUDE and obviously HUNG UP. Pathetic and disgusting behavior. I do not appreciate the pathetic mess from her.

This seems like a terrible place to work. I pulled up to the pickup window to get my food, and the employees were yelling, fighting, and cussing at each other. There was zero communication about which bag contained which order, and they kept having to rifle through them and check over and over. When one employee told the other she hadn’t been trained on specialty drinks and needed help, the more experienced employee blew up at her. I know it’s annoying to do so much at once, and the time numbers are all that corporate cares about, but have some empathy! Everybody was new and inexperienced at some point in their lives!
