I had an amazing date yesterday at McDonald’s and loved to be with those there. I felt good walking across the street and walking in to McDonald’s after a while. It felt good getting back to the community with McDonald’s and seeing how much of a difference it makes to join those who also eat there. I wasn’t nervous as I was before going to McDonald’s onto order I felt more confident to order and use the kiosk near the counter, I think that it’s important for me to look at the additions to my order so that I can feel comfortable with it, I ordered a meal deal I think, which is new to me because I order the nuggets or double cheeseburger when I do get to go, so this time I ordered the meal deal with double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets and small fries and sprite. I had mine with honey mustard this time which isn’t my normal. When I had the meal I was excited to see that my outside experience before even going to McDonald’s was a good thing to have this one meal. So I enjoyed it just the way it were. I hadn’t put no ice for my order with Sprite, but it’s okay it melted on the way home . I had another visit to McDonald’s at a different location… maybe I could say it was a good double cheeseburger

No matter what time of the day I order here, something is always wrong. They don’t salt their fries even when I ask for extra salt or my order has something missing or it’s completely incorrect. Tonight I ordered the same thing I always do: a double cheeseburger with only Mac sauce. What I got was a single patty plain burger with Mac sauce. No cheese or my second patty. Everything else was correct and the label showed what I ordered. Didn’t realize until I got home and opened it to eat it. Their night crew is more incompetent than their day crew. It’s sad that they are open 24 hours seeing as they can’t do their jobs correctly and make a burger with the ingredients shown on a screen. I will make the extra drive to go to a different McDonald’s from now on. They need to restart and retrain this location entirely.

Had an entire item messed up. I ordered a the big arch and got a Big Mac. Also did not got any of the sauces for my nuggets or any napkins. No one spoke to me when I drove around and tried to give me another order. Nothing was corrected for me except my sauces.

Found so much hair in one of my McDoubles. We ended up throwing the whole order we got away. We won’t be back it’s not worth the risk.

I love McDonald’s. Most of them you can order something small… like a drink, and refill it all day and just hang out. I love that about McDonald’s, don’t cause a problem and you can sit in relative comfort and chill as long as you like as long as your not causing problems or sleeping.

Went through drive through this evening. Guy who took order and was at first window was very personable. The other window was not the same. Gave me my order and didn’t even say thank you or have a good night or anything at all. I said thank you and no response. Got home. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal with no onion. Not good at all. Burger was thin andyhere was a quarter of the meat that wasn’t event attached to he rest. There were sliver onions on it and maybe a dab of ketchup. The bottom bun was actually the middle bum for a big Mac. The burger was cold. Horrible horrible horrible

I ask what flavors ice coffee they have, sign says any size 1$
She tells me mocha and caramel
In order a mocha..
5$ for a coffee the sign says 1$
She says idk..
So next window a manager is there.
I ask her. She doesn’t speak English. Says no iced coffee on order
I show her a picture of their sign saying 1$ iced coffee.
She shrugs and walked away.
I took a picture of the lady for being rude… she then slaps the drive thru window super aggressively..
Really!?? What’s your guys deal?

I’ll be back for sure I want a full refund I can’t believe she slap the window like that.

The employees are rude and interupt people trying to speak to them about issues with the orders the employees have created. Ive had 8+ orders in the past year that have been messed up by them to the point doordash will no longer refund me for their mistakes. If you have an issues to discuss i suggest calling their hr and not their store directly.

I’ve gone to this place multiple times and have never had any issues. I do wish that this McDonald’s did not have a play place because sometimes it can get a tiny bit too loud in the eating area from that. Other than that, it’s an average McDonald’s experience that I’ve never had an issue with. I’ve never dealt with the drive through experience here because I’ve always ate inside.

Is it just a McDonald’s thing where they remove all the soda machines from the front now? ordered a few happy meals specifically requested a certain toy was not given that toy. They should not have the option for you to choose that or have some type of sign up that they are not available at this location not only that we have to ask for all our dipping sauces which we chose when we ordered. I can especially thank an employee (Sara Lee) she took the time to go look if they had any of those toys left in the back she also went and asked us if we were ok at our table.
