I really like this McDonald’s! It’s super clean, the service is fast, and everyone’s always friendly. I always get my order quick and with a smile. Only thing I can’t stand are the paper straws, they ruin the whole drink for me. Please bring back the plastic ones or at least offer an option. Other than that, great spot!

Shout out to Aysia (not sure if that’s how you spell her name sorry)! The guy in front of me received my food by accident. I saw him give it back to her and in my mind I was trying to figure out how I was going to ask them to remake it because I don’t know if he opened the bag, was talking while looking inside, touched a french fry etc etc. When I pulled up to the window she immediately said give me one more moment, I have them remaking your food because the guy in front of you accidentally got it. I didn’t even have to ask! I was super impressed and greatly appreciated her going above and beyond.

I made an order through the mobile app and went to this location to pick up my order through the drive-thru. Once I arrived, there was already a long line and while waiting there, the line only got longer behind me. Once I reached the speaker and told the associate my order number I immediately received a “HUH”.. once I responded with my order number again. The associate told me that he didn’t have an order for that code and asked if I had the right restaurant. Once I told him that I did and that I had already checked in on the app he told me he was going to check the front of the store to see if it had been put there for pick up. I told him that I had chosen drive-thru and I am at the correct restaurant. He then told me to drive around the drive-thru line again to see if the order would show up on their system. I kindly refused and told him that the line was already long and I was not going to make the line again. He told me to pull up to the second window and once he did, the associate named Phillip was there with his manager Brian (or Ryan, he was not very clear) and they told me that they have nothing for me in the system. I tried to show them my order on the phone and tried to explain to them that they have already charged me and I have a physical order number so they should have it. The manager gave me one rude response and didn’t even give one glance to my order receipt on my phone. Once he saw the situation was more difficult than he was able to handle he walked away and left me there to wait and closed the window on me. A few moments later, Phillip opened the window and stayed silent. I asked him what I was supposed to do now because they charged me and they are not wanting to help me. He had no response, no desire to help me, did not even look at me. He only kept telling me to exit the app..I asked him what I was supposed to do to cancel the order or get a refund or to fix the situation and all he would do was give me the run around and basically tell me he didn’t know. In the end I had to leave the drive thru line with no refund or food. This has been the most dissatisfying situation I have ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been treated very poorly and the customer service is atrocious. Disgusting behavior.

Absolutely unacceptable service
I visited McDonald’s and experienced one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had anywhere.
I first went through the drive-thru and sat there for over four minutes, repeatedly saying “hello” with zero response. No greeting, no acknowledgment; nothing. I eventually gave up, drove around, parked, and went inside.
I ordered two hotcake meals with sausage and drinks. That order took 40 minutes to receive. For pancakes.
When I finally got to work and opened the bags, the order was still wrong:
Two hotcake meals with sausage
Only ONE syrup and ONE butter, total, for TWO meals
Drinks included, no straws
I called the store to address the issue, and the interaction somehow got worse. The “Manager” I spoke with (Shaniah) hung up on me three times rather than even listen. Her response was essentially that she had been in the bathroom and therefore couldn’t be bothered with what went wrong.
That is not an explanation. That is not customer service.
As a business owner myself, I can say without hesitation: this behavior would result in immediate termination. Disgusting management fosters disgusting service, and this location clearly has a serious leadership problem.
If you value your time, money, or basic respect as a customer, avoid this McDonald’s entirely.

If i could rate this location 0 stars i would. I have NEVER written a review before but this locations SUCKS. the employees always have a nasty attitude towards the clients. something is always wrong with my order, if it’s not the sandwich that has been made wrong, or/then im missing something. IM SICK AND TIRED OF PAYING FOR SAUCE JUST NOT TO GET IT IN MY ORDER. I decided to give this location a last try today, and ordered through the drive thru. i paid for $2 worth of sauce and i didn’t get it, it pisses me off because when we ask at the window they force you to pay for it and when u do pay they scam you and don’t give you anything. my food was cold and soggy, the soda was water down like they just gave me an old one. I didn’t get a receipt, and when i walked inside to get sauce and some actually fresh food, i told them to please print the receipt since i didn’t got one through the drive thru and the manager who was upfront literally said “we too busy to look it up right now” i said okay, if a wait for a few minutes can i get my food remade and actually get my receipt and the manager just said “if we still busy we are not going to be able to do anything” wasted $12 on something i wasn’t able to eat or get fixed. TERRIBLE LOCATION.

I am writing to formally report a series of extremely concerning incidents that occurred at your location on September 21st, and the subsequent lack of resolution.
On the evening of September 21st, I visited the drive-thru. Upon returning home, I discovered my order was incorrect, which unfortunately is a recurring issue at this location. When I returned to the restaurant to rectify the order, I was initially ignored by staff. After gaining attention, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior, including a staff member texting on her phone and a manager who ignored my requests for her name while on a personal call. My correct order was eventually brought to me, but the manager slammed the bag so hard that caused the sauce to explode.
What followed was far more alarming. After taking a picture to report the incident to corporate, a manager allegedly called someone who then attempted to hit my car in the parking lot. This individual then pursued me in their truck at speeds exceeding 100 mph, forcing me to run red lights to reach the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Upon leaving the police department, the same truck reportedly circled looking for me and attempted to pursue me again.
This level of aggression and dangerous behavior from individuals associated with your establishment is unacceptable and puts lives at risk. I have reported this incident to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. I am deeply disturbed that a corporation would tolerate such conduct. While thankfully no one was hurt, the potential for serious harm was immense.
I have attempted to complain to corporate previously without resolution. I urge you to investigate these incidents thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of your customers and prevent such egregious behavior from recurring.
That link you responded with is a joke. Someone called said they would investigate call me back and nothing. I even called and text and nothing. WAY TO GO MCDONALDS you will see a lawsuit soon.

Look at this! I was at the place at 10:08 PM, I asked the employee, can I come in? Even with a bad leg because I do chemotherapy due to cancer. She said no, only for the driver Thru. Okay, to get ahead, I placed the order online in the McDonald’s app. I went to the line that was taking a long time, when it was my turn (10 minutes), I said to the attendant, I just need to get an order in my name… she said inside, I said the door is closed, she repeated and SCREAMED WITH ME INSIDE. I said ok, I went to the next window and the boy who looks like Indian English not very common, said that he could not give me the order I would have to go back to the end of the line. I showed the app order made and paid. He didn’t pay attention to me and called someone else who decided to give me the order and threw me the bag and closed the window in my face. I was very sad how badly we are treated at certain times and places. IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE WORK ASK TO GO OUT AND DO WHAT YOU LIKE BUT DON’T TREAT BADLY THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR SALARY AND KILL THE OPEN COMPANY, is this too unfair do we arrive politely and receive this arrogance?
